The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project controls, resource planning, progress tracking, risk analysis, and schedule management to ensure successful project delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p>Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules using industry-standard planning tools.</p></li><li><p>Establish project baselines, milestones, and critical path activities.</p></li><li><p>Monitor project progress and prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.</p></li><li><p>Conduct schedule analysis, delay assessments, and recovery planning.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with project managers, engineering teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives.</p></li><li><p>Identify schedule risks and recommend mitigation measures.</p></li><li><p>Track resource allocation, productivity, and project performance indicators.</p></li><li><p>Support project budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities.</p></li><li><p>Prepare management dashboards and presentations on project status.</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with project planning standards, procedures, and contractual requirements.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's Degree (BSc, BEng, BA) or equivalent preferred.</p></li><li><p>Minimum 15 years of overall experience in project planning and scheduling.</p></li><li><p>At least 7 years of experience in a Senior Planning Engineer or similar role.</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of project planning methodologies and project controls.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and related planning software.</p></li><li><p>Experience in engineering, construction, infrastructure, oil &amp; gas, aviation, or industrial projects is preferred.</p></li><li><p>Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work in fast-paced and multidisciplinary project environments.</p></li></ul><p></p></section>
