Job Summary<br>The Fleet Support & IoT Engineer supports Mowasalat’s vision of delivering safe, sustainable, and technology‑driven transport solutions by designing, implementing, and maintaining advanced IoT solutions and fleet support systems. Design and configure class libraries, tag/document numbering rules, and asset breakdown structures aligned to client information standards (CFIHOS, ISO 14224, ISO 15926) Build and operate data ingestion pipelines for engineering deliverables (P&amp;IDs, datasheets, 3D models, tag registers, document indexes) from EPC handover packages and legacy archives, including quality gating and completeness reporting. Integrate AIM with 3D visualization (AVEVA E3D/PDMS models, laser scan/point cloud data) and cross-reference tags, documents, and models into a navigable digital twin. Generate and reports on data conformance, consistency, and completeness against defined information standards using AVEVA BI Gateway. Configure gateways and interfaces to adjacent systems: PI System/historians, CMMS/EAM (SAP PM, Maximo), document management systems, and AVEVA Unified Operations Center where deployed. Execute deployments under air-gapped and firewalled site constraints typical of national oil company environments, including offline installation, patching, and license management. Technical Leadership &amp; Practice Development Act as the AIM subject-matter Expert in pre-sales: solution architecture, effort estimation, demonstration environments, and technical responses to RFQs/RFPs. Own and evolve reusable practice assets: configuration templates, class library baselines, data-loading toolkits, validation scripts, and delivery runbooks under the practice document register. Mentor application engineers and coach client information management teams toward self-sufficiency during the Scale phase. Contribute AIM data-readiness assessments as an input to AI use-case feasibility (soft sensors, reliability analytics, autonomous operations pillars), working with the practice's data science and industrial AI engineers. Job Summary We are looking for a skilled AI Engineer (Arabic Speaker) to design, develop, deploy, and maintain AI/ML solutions for enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Python, Machine Learning, Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, and AI application development, with the ability to convert business requirements into scalable and production-ready AI solutions.<br>The candidate should be comfortable working across the AI development lifecycle, from data preparation and model development to deployment, monitoring, optimization, and integration with existing enterprise systems.<br>Please note that we are only considering Arabic-speaking candidates for this role.<br>Key Responsibilities Design, develop, train, and deploy Machine Learning and AI models for business applications. Develop AI solutions using Python and relevant ML/AI frameworks. Work with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions. Develop and integrate AI-powered applications, APIs, and services. Implement prompt engineering, embeddings, vector search, and LLM orchestration. Work with frameworks such as Lang Chain, Llama Index, or equivalent. Integrate commercial and open-source AI models through APIs and model-serving platforms. Build data pipelines for collecting, cleaning, transforming, and preparing data for AI/ML models. Evaluate model performance, accuracy, latency, and cost, and continuously optimize AI solutions. Deploy AI/ML models in cloud or on-premises environments. Collaborate with software engineers, data engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders. Implement appropriate security, governance, monitoring, and responsible AI practices. Troubleshoot and improve production AI applications and models. Prepare technical documentation covering architecture, models, APIs, deployment, and operational procedures.<br>Required Technical Skills Programming & Development Strong proficiency in Python.
