In this role, you will serve as a senior technical contributor, applying your expertise to solve complex engineering problems while collaborating across multidisciplinary teams. You will play a critical role in developing innovative imaging technologies that meet regulatory standards and advance patient care. This is a full-time, on-site position at our new, R&D facility in Doha, Qatar.<br><br>Responsibilities, Skills & Hands-On Experience:<br><br>Contribute to the architecture, design, and integration of medical image processing systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, ISO 13485). Develop and implement imaging algorithms, visualization tools, and system components. Collaborate closely with R&D, clinical, regulatory, and manufacturing teams to align technical deliverables with program objectives. Perform feasibility studies, risk assessments, and trade-off analyses to guide design decisions. Mentor junior engineers, sharing best practices in design, coding, and testing. Partner with external vendors and collaborators to support imaging-related initiatives. Develop and execute testing protocols, verification, and validation processes. Contribute to technical documentation, including regulatory submissions. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in medical imaging, proposing improvements and new approaches.<br><br><br>Education & Work Experience:<br><br>Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (M. S. preferred).8+ years of experience in medical imaging systems design and development. Strong knowledge of imaging modalities (e.g., X-ray, MRI, ultrasound) and image processing algorithms. Proficiency in software development (e.g., MATLAB, Python, C++), visualization, and hardware integration. Experience with UI frameworks such as VTK and Qt/QML. Experience with cloud-based imaging applications and integration of AI/ML methods for computer vision/medical imaging. Solid understanding of regulatory and quality standards, including cybersecurity (e.g., ISO 13485, IEC 60601, FDA requirements). Track record of technical contributions, including patents, publications, or conference presentations in medical imaging. Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. This is what drives up the challenge as part of the Data department, but also the reward.<br><br>The Opportunity:<br><br>As a Senior/Staff Data Engineer in CEG (Customer Experience Group), you will help design, build, and maintain the data and software foundations that power how CEG Business users serves customers and agents across all contact channels. You will work closely with Product, Operations, Analytics, Operations Efficiency, WFM, Dev Ops and engineering teams to deliver reliable data pipelines, scalable models, internal tools, and clear insights that improve customer experience and operational efficiency.<br><br>You are comfortable switching between engineering work (pipelines, data models, internal services, tooling, optimization) and analytics work (business questions, dashboards, deep‑dive analysis). You can talk to both engineers and business stakeholders in simple, clear language. At the Staff level, you will also shape CEG’s data and tooling strategy, influence cross‑team architecture, and raise the overall engineering and data bar for the team.<br><br>What You’ll Do:<br><br>Data Engineering<br><br>Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest, transform, and serve data from CEG systems (case management, telephony, chat, bots, QA tools, WFM, CRM) and third‑party tools and logs. Develop and optimize data models (e.g., warehouse tables, marts, views) that power CEG reporting, monitoring, forecasting, QA, and experimentation. Ensure data quality, reliability, and observability:Implement validation checks, anomaly detection, and monitoring for key CEG datasets and metrics. Work with stakeholders to define and enforce data definitions, SLAs, and ownership for critical tables and metrics. Improve performance and cost efficiency of data jobs and queries (e.g., partitioning, indexing, query tuning, storage format optimization) for high‑volume CEG data (calls, chats, emails, cases, events). Collaborate with data platform and engineering teams to standardize tooling and best practices (e.g., version control, CI/CD for data and services, code review, documentation, runbooks).<br><br>Data Tools & Product Development<br><br>Design and build data tools and internal products for CEG (e.g., self‑service analytics, case monitoring dashboards, alerting systems, investigator tools, QA/review tools, agent performance views). Use languages such as Python, Java, Golang, or Java Script/Type Script to implement APIs, data services, and lightweight UIs that expose data in a usable way to agents, managers, and operations teams. Work closely with CEG product managers and operations to translate operational pain points into concrete data tools, from problem framing to delivery and iteration. Apply solid software engineering practices—testing, code reviews, CI/CD, observability—to data products so they are reliable, maintainable, and easy to extend. At Staff level, define and drive the roadmap for key CEG data tools and platforms, ensuring reuse across regions, lines of business, and channels.<br><br>Data Analytics & Business Impact<br><br>Partner with CEG product and business teams to translate questions into data problems and design clear analytic approaches. Build and maintain dashboards and reports (e.g., contact volumes, handling time, quality, customer outcomes, agent performance, spot alerts) that provide reliable metrics and self‑service access to data. Perform deep‑dive analysis to understand trends in contact patterns, customer issues, agent performance, and operational efficiency; identify root causes and propose practical, data‑driven recommendations. Define and maintain metrics and KPIs (e.g., CSAT, NPS, SLA, AHT, FCR, quality scores), ensuring consistent definitions across CEG teams and tools. Communicate findings in simple, business‑friendly language, including clear implications and recommended next steps.<br><br>Stakeholder & Team Collaboration <br><br>Act as a trusted data partner for CEG stakeholders (operations leaders, product managers, WFM, QA, training, policy, and regional leadership). Work with other data engineers, analysts, and scientists to align on data standards, reusable components, and shared datasets for CEG. Mentor junior and mid‑level team members on data engineering, analytics, and software engineering best practices. Contribute to continuous improvement of team workflows (code reviews, testing, documentation, runbooks, knowledge sharing, incident reviews). At Staff level, influence cross‑team architecture and ways of working, making sure CEG’s data ecosystem scales with business growth.<br>Required Qualifications:<br><br>8+ years working as a Data Engineer, Analytics Engineer, or Data Analyst in a data‑driven environment (Staff level typically 10+ or equivalent scope/impact). Strong SQL skills (complex joins, window functions, aggregation, query optimization). Experience with at least one major data warehouse / big data technology (e.g., Big Query, Snowflake, Redshift, Hive, Spark, Vertica, Star Rocks, or similar). Solid experience with ETL/ELT tools or orchestration frameworks (e.g., Airflow, dbt, internal frameworks). Proficiency in at least one programming language for data and services (e.g., Python, Java, Golang, Kotlin, or Java Script/Type Script). Experience building production‑grade data pipelines and/or data services with attention to quality, monitoring, and maintainability. Experience with BI / visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Superset, Metabase, Looker). About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Engineer – Hydrocarbon Accounting (HCA) & Metering to support hydrocarbon accounting, production allocation, measurement validation, and reporting activities within a complex industrial environment. The successful candidate will contribute to production data integrity, hydrocarbon reconciliation, metering performance, digitalization initiatives, and continuous improvement programmes supporting operational and business objectives. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Data Management, Industrial Systems, or a related discipline. Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience. At least 7 years of experience within the Oil & Gas, LNG, Petrochemical, Energy, Utilities, or Process Industry sectors. Basic understanding of production operations, hydrocarbon accounting, metering, and production information systems. Familiarity with digital technologies, industrial data systems, and operational reporting environments. Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills. Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary technical and operational teams. Key Competencies Understanding of hydrocarbon measurement principles and metering systems. Knowledge of mass balance methodologies, production allocation, and hydrocarbon accounting concepts. Support daily, monthly, and annual hydrocarbon allocation and production reporting processes. Assist in investigating and resolving measurement, reconciliation, and allocation discrepancies. Maintain and update allocation methodologies, hydrocarbon accounting databases, and reporting models. Support administration and maintenance of hydrocarbon accounting applications and associated production data systems. Participate in reviews of hydrocarbon accounting processes, procedures, and performance improvement initiatives. Support internal, external, partner, and regulatory audits, including the closure of identified findings. Provide reliable production and historical data to support planning, forecasting, and business reporting activities. Participate in digitalization, automation, and reporting optimization projects. Prepare technical documentation, procedures, reports, and operating guidelines related to hydrocarbon accounting. Job description:<br><br>JOB PURPOSE:To perform a wide range of duties relating to the mechanical installation, repair and maintenance of machinery, equipment and fixtures to ensure their efficient operation at minimum downtime complying with EHS Guidelines with a focus on continuous improvement. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Tackles all mechanical equipment breakdowns and planned/preventive/predictive maintenance work with minimum direction and supervision within the given time constraint minimizing production downtime. Technically assesses the requirement of allocated jobs and selects the necessary tools and equipment to complete the work. Ensures that all maintenance work is carried out in accordance with the safety procedures and plant operational requirements. Using the computerized maintenance system (SAP), orders the spare parts from warehouse and maintains records of all maintenance work completed. Monitors any repeated breakdown and recommends/completes proper modification to resolve the problem. Identifies and reports any abnormalities. Initiates repairs/replacements/tests/ assembles worn out or failed components/parts. Reports to supervisor and takes necessary action to overhaul/replace parts, leaving the working area clean. Performs various works related to welding and fabrication. Mentors newly joined mechanics in order to equip them with the plant & equipment knowledge necessary to carry out maintenance work. Continuously works towards improving EHS and Plant & Equipment Performance by participating in all BE activities like Suggestion Scheme, 5S, Hazard Reporting, TAMAHAL/PEER, etc. Assists other departments in the repair and troubleshooting of equipment. The QAQC Engineer is responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance and quality control systems across all carpentry, joinery, and fit-out manufacturing activities. The role ensures that all products, materials, and workmanship comply with approved drawings, specifications, client requirements, applicable standards, and company quality procedures.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br> Quality Assurance (QA) Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) in line with ISO 9001:2015 or company standards.
