Attend department-related Health & Safety meetings. Act as Operations Lead and attend ongoing business meetings with HIA Safety in the absence of the Operations Supervisor. Ensure the required Airport Rescue and Fire Fighting Category (CAT) protection level is maintained in terms of vehicles, equipment, firefighting agents, and personnel during shift hours, in compliance with QCAR 006 (as amended) and TRA instructions. Supervise and control staff leave to ensure minimum manpower availability required for compliance at both airports. Ensure availability and readiness of firefighting and breathing apparatus / rescue equipment.
