Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable and credit control processes. Experience handling key customer accounts. Excellent negotiation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems. Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet collection targets.
