Take full ownership of the Front Office operation during the night, including guest arrivals, departures, requests, complaints and service recovery. Conduct regular hotel rounds and monitor the building, public areas and operational departments to ensure cleanliness, safety, security and service standards are maintained. Support other departments during the night whenever operational assistance is required and ensure effective coordination between departments. Handle guest concerns and requests with a high level of professionalism, discretion and emotional intelligence, in line with The Ned's ultra luxury service culture. Ensure all overnight guest interactions reflect strong knowledge of luxury hospitality, LQA & Forbes standards and The Ned service philosophy. Demonstrate strong awareness and understanding of Qatari culture, local customs and guest expectations. Maintain good knowledge of food and beverage operations, outlets, menus and services to confidently support guest enquiries and requests. Work closely with Security and other overnight teams to ensure a safe and secure environment for guests and colleagues. Respond effectively to emergencies and unexpected situations, taking appropriate decisions and escalating when required. Maintain detailed knowledge of hotel facilities, services, operating hours, events and guest experiences. Ensure all operational standards, policies, procedures and LQA requirements are consistently followed throughout the night. <br><br>About You:<br><br> Previous experience as a Night Manager or in a senior Front Office or Rooms Division role within a luxury or ultra luxury hotel. Strong experience in overnight hotel operations and Night Audit procedures. Previous experience with OPERA PMS is required. Strong understanding of Front Office, Finance and Night Audit procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge of LQA & Forbes standards and luxury guest service. Good understanding of Qatari culture, local customs and expectations. Ability to make decisions independently and manage multiple situations during the night. Strong leadership, problem solving and service recovery skills. Arabic language is preferred. Excellent command of English.
