Maintain soft copy and hard copy files of all training related documents and ensure that these files are up to date Facilitate training sessions Prepare poster and arrangements for CSR activities in the hotel and maintain the records of the Events including required Purchase Orders. Managing Tracking of cross training/ cross exposure and preparing certificates. Implement and evaluate training practices to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. Preparing Training Certificates for All Rixos Trainings. Conduct 3 audits per week for the departments to check the quality of the briefings being conducted and give feedback. Conduct IFH trainings for Restaurant Reservations, Spa, Sales and Operators when reports are released. Chartered Engineer status or equivalent is preferable. Minimum 15 years relevant post graduate experience, of which 10 years in Oil & Gas industry with an international reputable Operating company. Experience in operations and maintenance is mandatory. Skill / knowledge of International, Shell DEPs and/or QP standards related to his area of expertise and Design Software related to Mechanical Static / Piping Engineering such as Stress Analysis software, etc. Exposure with international consulting company, EPIC contractor with projects' pre-commissioning, commissioning, start up and Hand-over activities is an added advantage. <p>Provide technical design and engineering services in Civil/Structural Engineering (Offshore) for all assigned engineering projects. Achieving the technical quality of work in accordance with procedures, whilst considering quality, schedule, cost and HSE. Conduct Civil/Structural Engineering (Offshore) Engineering activities and in-house site surveys for projects, from initial concept definition phase through to; engineering studies, FEED, detailed design and commissioning. Ensure the required technical assurance practices, engineering standards, environmental and safety policies are incorporated and followed, in work-scopes and whilst conducting Civil / Structural Engineering (Offshore) Engineering activities. Review technical deviations and variations to approved guidelines, codes, standards and practices. Support Engineering Department to review, update and apply standards and amendments to external standards. Plan and co-ordinate activities of a team of multidiscipline engineers for providing timely delivery of technical services to meet the project requirements. Chartered Engineer / Professional Engineer status or equivalent is preferable. 10 years relevant post graduate experience, of which 6 years should be related to the Oil & Gas industry.
