<h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> <strong>Primary Purpose of the Job</strong><br><p>Refinery and Chemical Plant units processes are technically complex and given the critical nature of unit operations means significant attention is required by the panel operator on a continuous basis during his duty hours for safe and efficient operation of Refinery and Chemical Plant as QP Refinery and hence assumes strategic importance in the State of Qatar.<br>The incumbent is required to work in rotating shifts; required to work extended hours as per work requirement.</p><br> <br><strong>Required Experience and Skills</strong><br><p>•<br>7 Years of operations experience in relevant units of Refinery / Chemical Plant.<br>•<br>2 Years technical training or equivalent.<br>•<br>Good knowledge of basic arithmetic.<br>•<br>Solid knowledge of DCS / Panel Operations.<br>•<br>High level of concentration, anticipation, Surveillance / vigilance, and analysis skills.<br>•<br>Firefighting/First Aid/BA/H2S training.<br>•<br>Good oral and reading knowledge of English.</p><br> <br><strong>Educational Qualifications</strong><br><p>Higher Secondary Certificate or Equivalent</p><br> </div>
