POSITION OVERVIEW<br>The Data Center Technical Manager is a senior engineering role within UCC Holding's Power & Digital delivery division. The role is responsible for the end-to-end technical integrity of data center projects from front-end definition through to construction handover, ensuring that power, cooling, civil, and ICT systems are designed to hyperscale and colocation standards and are fully constructable and operable at commissioning. Working in close alignment with the COO, Data Center Executive Director and the project execution team, the Technical Manager serves as the day-to-day technical authority on assigned projects, owning design standards, discipline coordination, OEM interfaces, and technical risk management across the full delivery lifecycle.<br>KEY RESPONSIBILITIESTechnical Leadership & Design Management Lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams across power, cooling, civil/structural, and ICT disciplines Own technical standards and design basis documentation through to FEEDEnsure all designs are constructable, installation logic aligned, and ready for site execution Manage inter discipline coordination and clash resolution using 3D plant modelling tools (REVIT, etc.) Power Systems Oversee HV/MV/LV power architecture design including utility intake, MV switchgear, transformers, and LV distribution Manage UPS, battery storage, and generator system design and OEM interfaces Ensure power redundancy models are correctly implemented, targeting AI-ready campuses Coordinate protection, metering, and power quality studies with specialist consultants Cooling & MEPLead cooling system design including air-side economization, chillers, air cooling, and liquid cooling for high-density AI compute Target PUE benchmarks in line with hyperscale client requirements; industry benchmark for AI campuses is 1.2–1.4 PUEOversee plumbing, drainage, HVAC, and fire suppression system design and integration Interface with energy modelling teams to validate system performance and efficiency projections Civil, Structural & Building Manage civil and structural design scope including foundations, raised floor systems, data halls, and façade Ensure structural designs accommodate equipment loadings, seismic considerations, and phased capacity expansion Oversee M&E services coordination within building fabric to eliminate site clashes and rework ICT, Cabling & Connectivity Oversee ICT infrastructure design including structured cabling, fiber backbone, and carrier-neutral meet-me rooms Ensure DCIM-readiness is embedded in design from the outset to support operational efficiency post-handover Coordinate with network operators and hyperscale clients on connectivity and meet-me room requirements Commissioning Alignment Engage the commissioning team from FEED stage to ensure testability and safe energization sequences are designed in Define and review CX documentation including CX plans, ITPs, FAT and SAT procedures Ensure technical handover packages are complete, accurate, and meet client O&M requirements HSE & Quality Embed safety by design principles across all engineering disciplines Own HAZOP/HAZID planning and chairing, ensuring action close-out is tracked Manage quality assurance processes for design deliverables including review gates, checking, and sign-off Client & Stakeholder Management Act as primary technical interface with hyperscale and colocation clients during design development Lead technical clarification meetings with clients, authorities, and utility providers Represent UCC in technical workshops with OEMs, specialist consultants, and external design teams<br>QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCEEssential Degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related discipline (BEng / MEng)10+ years of engineering experience in mission-critical facilities or data center projects Demonstrated experience delivering hyperscale or large-scale colocation data center projects Deep working knowledge of data center power architecture Strong cooling systems experience Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary design teams of 10+ engineers Experience with FEL/FEED-driven delivery models Proficiency in design tools including Auto CAD, REVIT, or equivalent Working experience in the Middle East or comparable international markets Desirable LEED, BREEAM, or equivalent sustainability certification experience Familiarity with hyperscale client design standards (Google, Microsoft Azure, Meta, AWS, Oracle)

Role Purpose<br><br>The Director, Data Management & Security Advisory leads DAI Consultancy's portfolio of client engagements across data strategy, governance, architecture, analytics, security and value creation. The role works with executive sponsors to clarify priorities, assess organisational capability and translate national data-management expectations into achievable transformation programmes. The Director provides senior judgement on engagement scope, delivery quality, risks, dependencies and the integration of business, technology, security and change considerations.<br><br>As a senior consulting leader, the role is accountable for the quality of DAI Consultancy's advice and deliverables, the effectiveness of multidisciplinary teams and the development of trusted client relationships. The Director may facilitate executive decisions and prepare recommendations, but formal approval, ownership and risk acceptance remain with authorised client representatives. The role also supports practice development, proposal shaping, team capability and knowledge transfer so that client organisations can sustain the implemented capabilities after the engagement.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>Lead DAI Consultancy's data-management and security advisory portfolio, setting a clear service direction and quality standard for client engagements. Advise executive sponsors on data strategy, governance, security, architecture, analytics, operating-model and investment priorities. Oversee current-state, maturity and capability assessments and ensure conclusions are supported by traceable client evidence. Direct the development of target operating models, transformation roadmaps, policy portfolios, business cases and implementation plans. Integrate business, data, technology, privacy, security, regulatory and organisational-change considerations across engagement workstreams. Review major recommendations, architecture positions, risk assessments and executive deliverables before they are presented to clients. Establish engagement governance, quality gates, escalation routes and decision controls appropriate to the scope and risk of the assignment. Facilitate executive workshops and decision sessions while preserving the client's formal ownership, approval and risk-acceptance responsibilities. Monitor delivery performance, commercial health, dependencies and material risks across the portfolio and intervene when recovery action is needed. Build and maintain trusted relationships with client executives, national stakeholders, delivery partners and specialist advisers. Lead proposals, scope definition, staffing decisions and solution design for complex data and digital transformation opportunities. Coach senior managers and consultants, strengthen reusable methods and ensure knowledge is transferred to client teams at handover.<br><br>Minimum Requirements<br><br>Education<br><br>Bachelor's degree in data management, information systems, computer science, cybersecurity, business or a related field.master's degree preferred. An equivalent combination of relevant education and directly applicable consulting or implementation experience may be considered.<br><br>Professional Experience<br><br>Typically 12+ years in data, digital, technology or information governance, including 5+ years leading enterprise or public-sector functions. Demonstrated experience leading complex, multidisciplinary data, digital, technology or information-governance engagements. Experience advising executive and public-sector stakeholders on investment priorities, risk, governance and transformation sequencing. A strong record of quality-assuring strategies, operating models, roadmaps, policies, architecture positions and executive reports. Experience managing consulting portfolios, commercial performance, senior client relationships and delivery teams.<br><br>Technical and Domain Knowledge<br><br>Enterprise data strategy, governance and operating-model design. In this role, you will work closely with the Qatari Emiri Air Forces (QEAF) and our key OCONUS subcontractor, Kongsberg Air Defense (KDA).<br><br>As part of the Short & Medium Range Air Defense Systems Product Area within the Land and Air Defense Systems (L&ADS) Strategic Business Unit, the team has successfully delivered NASAMS systems to Qatar and is now transitioning into operations and sustainment, with opportunities for product modernization.<br><br>As the Senior Program Manager, you will report to the NASAMS Program Director within the MRAD Directorate and collaborate closely with the Qatar NASAMS Program Manager based in Andover, MA. Serving as the primary point of contact for Qatar NASAMS execution efforts in Doha, you will work in partnership with the Qatar NASAMS Program Manager to ensure a unified approach to program execution.<br><br>Key responsibilities include managing subcontractor execution schedules with the KDA in-country Project Manager to meet delivery commitments, supporting the CONUS Program Manager in preparing EACs and Program Review packages, and maintaining program infrastructure. This requires coordination across Raytheon functions, off-sites, and international partners to ensure timely staffing, start-up, and delivery of contractual products and services.<br><br>You will lead in-country teams for modernization, warranty, after-sales support, repair & return, and technical assistance, with responsibility for schedule and performance. A global asset manager is seeking an experienced Section Head – Fixed Income to lead its Fixed Income portfolio strategy. We are seeking a collaborative and people-centred Assistant Director of People & Culture to join our luxury hospitality team. In this senior HR leadership role, you will partner closely with the Director of People & Culture to shape and deliver a people strategy that drives organisational excellence, nurtures an inclusive workplace culture, and elevates the team member experience across all levels of the business. You will bring a strong operational HR background combined with a genuine passion for people, culture, and continuous improvement. Acting as a trusted advisor to both leadership and team members, you will oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company policies, and champion initiatives that foster belonging, engagement, and professional growth. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional ready to make a meaningful impact within a dynamic, service-driven environment.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>Partner with the Director of People & Culture to develop, implement, and continuously refine the organisation's people strategy in alignment with overall business objectives Oversee and manage the full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment and onboarding, performance management, team member relations, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and offboarding Serve as a key advisor and first point of escalation for managers and team members on complex HR matters, including team member relations issues, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution Ensure consistent compliance with all applicable local, regional, and national labour laws, employment legislation, and internal policies, updating frameworks proactively as regulations evolve Lead, mentor, and develop the People & Culture team, fostering a high-performance, collaborative, and growth-oriented team culture Design and drive team member engagement initiatives, wellbeing programmes, and culture-building activities that reflect the organisation's values and enhance retention Support workforce planning efforts, including talent pipeline development, succession planning, and organisational design Analyse HR metrics and people data to generate actionable insights, present findings to senior leadership, and inform evidence-based decision-making Oversee the administration and continuous improvement of HR information systems (HRIS), ensuring data integrity, confidentiality, and process efficiency Collaborate cross-functionally with department heads to understand business needs and provide proactive, solution-focused HR support Lead or contribute to HR projects and change management initiatives, ensuring smooth implementation and clear communication across the organisation Support the development and delivery of management capability programmes, coaching leaders to build confident and inclusive people management practices Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) across all HR processes, policies, and cultural initiatives, ensuring equitable outcomes for all team members Manage HR budgets, vendor relationships, and third-party service providers where applicable, ensuring value for money and alignment with organisational standards Monitor industry trends and emerging HR best practices, bringing forward-thinking recommendations to continuously evolve the People & Culture function<br><br>Required Qualifications<br><br>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organisational Psychology, or a related field Professional HR certification such as CIPD (Level 7 or equivalent), SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or a recognised regional equivalent Minimum of 6–8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or managerial HR role, ideally within the luxury hospitality Demonstrated knowledge of employment law, HR compliance frameworks, and best practices across the full team member lifecycle Proven experience managing and developing HR teams, with strong coaching, mentoring, and leadership capabilities Solid track record of contributing to or leading HR strategy development and successful implementation at an organisational level Experience handling complex and sensitive team member relations matters with sound judgement, discretion, and professionalism Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data, identify trends, and translate insights into clear, practical recommendations Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite, with familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and performance management tools Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility across all levels of an organisation Highly organised, with the demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities effectively in a fast-paced, people-focused environment Demonstrated and active commitment to fostering inclusive, equitable, and diverse workplaces<br><br>Nice-to-Have<br><br>Experience working within a multi-property, multi-brand, or international luxury hospitality environment Familiarity with pre-opening hotel or large-scale organisational launch processes Exposure to total rewards strategy, including compensation benchmarking and benefits design Experience leading or contributing to employer branding and talent attraction strategies Knowledge of additional languages relevant to the organisation's operating region Experience with change management frameworks and organisational development methodologies Familiarity with HR technology implementations or system migrations Active participation in professional HR networks, industry bodies, or thought leadership communities
