Project Management Office Programs & Guidelines Support the development and enhancement of project management guidelines. RFP & Vendor Management Support the preparation and development of RFP documentation. Review and analyze tender documents to ensure project requirements and scope are clearly defined. Support vendor shortlisting and selection activities. Review vendor proposals and technical submissions. Assess vendor compliance with RFP and project requirements. Identify and highlight deviations or areas of variance before contract award. Coordinate with vendors and third-party consultants throughout project delivery. Required Experience3–5 years of relevant project management experience. At least 1 year of experience within a bank or financial institution in an IT PMO function. <p>Ensure the implementation of all Hospital Facility projects. This includes supervision, monitoring, organizing and implementation of project activities. Responsible for the Hospital Engineering Equipment maintenance and inventory.</p><p>Job Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>(Including but not limited to): Monitoring project activities related to
