Arrange visas, traveling permits, and coordinate with the secretary to arrange for travel flights, hotel reservation and car renting, etc. Maintain and develop the filing system of personnel. Administer Mena ITech applications and maintain accurate and updated data in the system. Coordinate with various functions in order to obtain the necessary information on recruitment needs and perform/coordinate recruitment activities as required. Maintain an active and organized data bank of applicants for various positions. Verify the employee’s credentials (certificate, work experience and license, etc.). Draft employment offer letters and contracts for selected candidates. Assist in preparing the monthly payroll sheet and make the financial settlements needed accurately. Ensure pay-deductions, commissions, overtime, income tax liabilities and Zakat liabilities in compliance. Follow-up labor incidents and cases and report findings to the Management. Submit periodically reports and studies as requested by the management. Contributing to the development of HR systems and the establishment of a working environment where employees excel in their work and get motivated to work and participate. Support solving employee conflicts and improve HR administration; develop strong relationships and effective communication between company employees Saving files and documents of department's work which are easy to retrieve and update according to the organization's policies.
