Supporting construction and commissioning teams to monitor the progress of the sub-system/system into systems completion data base. Monitor and track the Integrity of the Systems Completion Database (SCDB), monitor changes, data integrity and reporting. Including but not limited to: tag creation and verification, ITR's are properly defined and allocated as per approved Tag Type Matrix (TTM), document allocation, processing and transmitting; punch list creation, exception creation and tracking, report generation for various documentation and tracking purposes. Highlight inconsistency that may affect database integrity, tag verification and/or ITR allocation. Verify the completeness of CONTRACTOR's completion dossiers for mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, and commissioning through to handover to permanent asset. Review CONTRACTOR's work packs, tools, commissioning plans to ensure a smooth and safe hand-over to permanent organization. Monitor and verify CONTRACTOR's preservation activities meet project requirements. Coordinate, capture, and share SC Lessons Learned (LL) for inclusion in the project lessons learned register. Under the supervision of an Environmental Supervisor, carry out daily observation rounds (positive and negative observations/reports) and participate to the team’s weekly walkthrough with Company. Environmental Analysis Assist with on-site dust measurements (handling measuring equipment and reporting). Assist with on-site noise monitoring (handling measurement equipment and reporting). SDS check in accordance with the Globally Harmonized System using in-house software. In the coming months: daily dewatering water analysis in the V-ditch (on-site testing: p H, chlorine, temperature, etc.). Environmental Reporting Track energy and fuel consumption on a monthly basis using an Excel file. Assist in maintaining the daily observation register up to date (Excel file). Review with Project Package team and contractor, at Contractor sites, the on-Job Training sessions for the benefit of the workforce; Support Implement IIF Cards (or equivalent), Behavioural Safety observations and support Contractor for deployment at fabrication yard. Ensure with Contractor SHES team the correct implementation of the NFXP Offshore Project Life Saving Rules (PLSR) with emphasize on the Qatar Energy LNG 10 Life Saving Rules Program and intervene, record and report to Head of SHES, when violations are observed; analyses all unsafe behaviour and condition data and propose trends improvement actions.
