The applicant will be responsible to oversee the successful delivery of approved educational programs within Minaretein Center (MC), ensuring effective planning, implementation, and performance monitoring, and providing regular updates to management on program outcomes and improvements opportunities.</p><p>Job Role Description</p><p>Contribute to the development and implementation of goals for educational programs in alignment with approved strategic objectives. Plan education programs, including timelines, milestones, and delivery processes. Lead the execution of education programs and prepare program budgets and operational plans for review and approval, managing expenditures within the approved budget framework. Devise evaluation strategies to monitor performance and determine the need for improvement. Supervise all program and project Coordinators and supervisors involved to provide feedback and resolve complex problems. Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and productivity of processes and teams Apply change, risk and resource management principles when needed Evaluate reports prepared by Coordinators and Supervisors to determine progress and issues. Ensure program operations and activities adhere to legal guidelines and internal policies Keep senior management informed with detailed and accurate reports or presentations Develop and deliver a program for Qur an memorization for both adults and children Collaborate with relevant HBKU units to support the design and delivery of targeted education and development programs for staff, in line with the approved organizational objectives. Contribute to the development and evaluation of success criteria for education programs, in alignment with established standards and program objectives Supervise all Education Contributors, time sheets, absences, scheduling, etc. Prepare reports on educational activities, attendance, issues, and recommendations for improvement. Other reasonable tasks as assigned by the supervisor.</p></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p>Bachelor s degree in a relevant field; a Master s degree is preferred 6 - 8 years of relevant full-time work experience, 2 of which at a supervisory level Strong planning, organization, and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines Good analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to assess information and apply problem-solving approaches to reach sound conclusions. Basic understanding of education program evaluation and quality assurance practices is desirable Strong written communication skills, including the ability to draft and review reports and official correspondence; Arabic proficiency is an advantage. Proficiency in MS Office applications.</p><p></p></section>
