Instructors at Qatar Technical Institute (QTI) form the backbone of the training ecosystem and play a critical role in delivering high-quality vocational, technical and defence training in accordance with the Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MoEHE) standards. The English Language instructor works in the General Studies department, which forms the first year of a two-year diploma. The primary role of the English Language Instructor is to deliver the English Language curriculum to military students in accordance with all policies and processes at the QTI. The role involves teaching and supporting the creation, maintenance, and delivery of English Language subjects, including English Language 1 and English Language 2, to specific standards within the General Studies department. The ideal candidate will have the ability to plan and implement engaging lessons based on MoEHE curriculum. They will create an inclusive learning environment that supports student success while maintaining academic rigor and adherence to institutional standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, a commitment to student-centered learning, and the ability to inspire interest and achievement in the different subjects within the English Language department. The role involves engaging in regular feedback meetings with Senior Instructors in support of continuous improvement of the instructor’s classes and the department as a whole. Taking ownership of their classes and leading by example, the instructor must demonstrate professionalism and flexibility. The instructor must also demonstrate a commitment to continuous professional development and continuous improvement initiatives within the QTI. Requirements Qualification/Trade Knowledge: Essential Holds qualified teacher status or a relevant education and training qualification (e.g. PGCE, B. Ed., M. Ed., MA, BA, Diploma, or equivalent) in an English Language subject or a related field. Relevant experience teaching English to international students in a range of contexts. Demonstrable soft skills across a multi-disciplinary department. Ability to use a range of teaching and administrative technologies. Strong classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills. Commitment to cultural sensitivity, professionalism, and continuous improvement. Desirable Experience within a military setting. Teaching experience in the Middle East. Arabic language. In addition to the primary teaching specialism, Instructors may be required to support the delivery, development, assessment, verification, and administration of other subject areas, programmes, or training activities within the organisation as directed by the Customer, Line Manager, Head of Department, or Head of the Organisation. Job Description Key Responsibilities Plan lessons in advance and send plans via email to the Head of Level and Academic Coordinator. Prepare and organize the necessary materials for classes. Fulfill the objectives outlined in the general plans distributed at the beginning of the year. Maintain the grade book up to date. Enter grades at the end of each evaluation period and semester, on or before deadlines. Design and prepare monthly assessments for each topic. Grade all assigned work. Keep the classroom decorated with materials related to lessons, activities, and holidays. Perform assigned playground supervision duties. Collaborate with the Psychology Department to support students with academic or behavioral issues. Work with the Academic Coordinator and psychologist to support students with special needs, including gifted learners. Attend meetings with teachers, academic coordinators, and assistant principals. Attend institutional workshops. Participate in parent meetings and special school activities. Comply with the established work schedule (departure time varies by grade level). Act as a mediator between students and inform the psychologist of conflicts and/or refer students experiencing emotional, personal, or family issues. Collaborate with the psychologist to organize community service projects and fundraising activities. Assist and/or organize student participation in fairs and other activities. Contact parents/guardians to invite them to meetings or special events when necessary. Record daily attendance in the system or submit forms to the Academic Support Department. Collect subject-specific assignments for portfolio organization according to level criteria, each evaluation period. Assign a student to record homework and monitor the Homework Board, ensuring its proper use every two weeks. Encourage student participation in subcommittees to promote teamwork and school activities. Promote open communication with students and parents. Encourage parents/guardians to attend meetings organized by ISP CBNH and PTA. Consider students' special learning and socio-emotional needs and refer them to the Psychology Department. The selected applicant will be assigned to our operations in Istanbul, Türkiye, and must be willing and able to relocate to Türkiye for the position. The Accountant will manage day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, supplier payments, client invoicing, bank transactions, reconciliations, expense recording, project cost tracking, and financial reporting. This role requires a business-oriented professional capable of aligning marketing efforts with growth objectives. The successful candidate will manage cross-channel marketing campaigns, enhance brand digital presence, initiate and accelerate e-commerce growth, and ensure consistent customer experience across all business units. By leveraging market insights and performance data, the Marketing Manager will drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies that support the overarching goals of the CEO and the broader enterprise. Key Responsibilities Strategic Marketing Leadership: The Marketing Manager is tasked with designing and implementing an overarching marketing strategy that aligns with the strategic transformation goals of Al Emadi Enterprises. This involves translating business objectives into actionable marketing plans across diverse sectors, including real estate, automotive, natural stone and marble, premium retail, luxury destination marketing, hospitality, food and bverage, and flagship events. The leader will oversee market research to identify emerging trends, analyze competitor positioning, and uncover new market opportunities in Qatar and the broader region. Brand Management, Corporate Communications, PR, and Strategic Events: A critical component of this role is safeguarding and elevating the Al Emadi Enterprises brand. The Marketing Manager will ensure that all external communications reflect the company's legacy of trust and its vision for the future. This includes managing corporate communications, public relations, media partnerships, proactive media engagement, and reputation management. The role requires developing compelling narratives that highlight the group's integrated ecosystem and the unique value proposition of its individual entities, including Al Emadi Properties, Top Performance, Exclusive Motors, Alhazm Mall, Alhazm Hospitality, Alhazm Events, Al Emadi Stones, and Darzi Retail. The Marketing Manager will also direct the marketing and communications workstream for high-stakes public-relations, product launches, major brand announcements, national events, and flagship group events. Working closely with Alhazm Events and relevant business leaders, the successful candidate will establish clear communication processes to ensure consistent, timely, and high-quality brand representation before, during, and after every critical engagement. Campaign Execution and Digital Optimization: The successful candidate will lead the end-to-end execution of integrated marketing and e-commerce campaigns. This encompasses managing digital marketing channels, traditional advertising, online storefronts, e-commerce conversion initiatives, and digital customer journeys. The Marketing Manager will establish a robust performance tracking framework, utilizing key performance indicators to measure campaign effectiveness, online sales performance, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost, marketing spend, and return on investment. Furthermore, the role involves close collaboration with the sales, operations, and technology teams to ensure that marketing and e-commerce initiatives directly support revenue generation and customer satisfaction. Social Media and Content Leadership: The Marketing Manager will own the group-wide social-media strategy and ensure that each business unit has a clear channel plan, content calendar, visual direction, and publishing cadence. A proven track record of developing and executing successful, data-driven marketing, social-media, and e-commerce campaigns is essential.
