Position Summary<br><br>We are looking for an experienced Rig Superintendent Development Rigs to oversee and manage development drilling operations on land-based rigs. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in development drilling, rig operations, crew management, well control, HSE, and drilling performance. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable rig operations while meeting drilling programs and operational targets.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>Lead and oversee development drilling operations on assigned land rigs. Strong experience in a senior drilling position such as Rig Superintendent, Rig Manager, Senior Toolpusher, or equivalent. Strong knowledge of land drilling rig systems and major drilling equipment. Hands-on knowledge of top drives, drawworks, mud pumps, BOP systems, rotary systems, and well-control equipment. Strong understanding of development drilling procedures and well-control practices.
