Become an IMPACT Maker with Schneider Electric apply today! €40 billion global revenue +9% organic growth employees in 100+ countries You must submit an online application to be considered for any position with us.</p></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Computer Science).</li><li>8+ years in engineering information management or industrial software delivery, with 3+ years hands-on AVEVA AIM configuration and deployment experience.</li><li>Proven delivery of at least two full-cycle AIM implementations in oil and gas, petrochemical, or comparable process industries.</li><li>Working knowledge of engineering information standards: CFIHOS, ISO 15926, ISO 14224, and EPC handover specifications.</li><li>Practical experience with Smart Plant Engineering tools, AVEVA E3D/PDMS model handling, laser scan integration, and engineering document formats (DWG, DGN, intelligent P&amp;IDs).</li><li>SQL proficiency and scripting capability (Python preferred) for data transformation, bulk loading, and validation.</li><li>Fluent English; strong client-facing communication and workshop facilitation skills.</li><li>Experience with REST APIs and system integrations in an industrial software environment.</li><li>Preferred GCC delivery experience and familiarity with their engineering standards and vendor approval processes.</li><li>Exposure to AVEVA Unified Operations Center, AVEVA Connect, or digital twin programmes.</li><li>Familiarity with AI/ML data readiness concepts: how structured asset information underpins soft sensors, predictive maintenance, and autonomous operations use cases.</li><li>AVEVA certification(s) in AIM or related portfolio products.</li><li>Familiarity with AVEVA CONNECT and the AVEVA Flex subscription/licensing model.</li><li>Arabic language skills are an advantage</li></ul><p>Competencies</p><ul><li>Technical ownership: comfortable being the single point of technical accountability for an AIM deployment from pilot through scale.</li><li>Data rigour: treats information quality as a deliverable, not a by-product; instinctively builds validation and completeness checks.</li><li>Client credibility: can hold the room with client engineering, IM, and operations stakeholders from engineer to Managerial level.</li><li>Pragmatism under constraint: delivers within air-gapped, change-controlled, brownfield realities rather than ideal-state architectures.</li><li>Practice mindset: converts project work into reusable IP and lifts the capability of the team around them.</li></ul><p></p></section>
