Our client is seeking a BIM Modeler to support the delivery of a large scale Data Center construction project in Doha, Qatar. The role will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and managing BIM models across Civil, Structural, Architectural, and MEP disciplines to support design coordination, clash detection, construction sequencing, and project delivery.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>Develop and maintain accurate BIM models for Data Center construction projects. Coordinate BIM deliverables across CSA and MEP disciplines. Support clash detection processes and coordinate model reviews with consultants, contractors, and project teams. Produce shop drawings, coordinated layouts, and construction documentation from BIM models. Ensure BIM standards, project requirements, and drawing protocols are maintained throughout the project lifecycle. Support construction teams with model updates, RFIs, and design coordination. Participate in coordination meetings and assist in resolving technical and spatial conflicts.
