ملخص الوظيفة: العمل كمهندس تكييف مركزي لمشاريع دولية. تشمل المسؤوليات، لكنها ليست محدودة بـ: حسابات تصميم التكييف، التخطيط الشامل، الإدارة الفنية، تصميم المستندات، التدقيق والمراجعة، بالإضافة إلى الدعم الفني للمشتريات (مثل إعداد وثائق العطاء، تقييم العروض، التوضيحات، مراجعة الرسومات، اختبار FAT، إلخ). المسؤوليات الرئيسية: التنسيق مع العملاء الدوليين لمعالجة القضايا والاستفسارات المتعلقة بالمشروع التي يطرحها العميل. أداء مهام أخرى ذات صلة كما يحددها العميل. متطلبات التعليم/الخبرة/الشهادة: شهادة البكالوريوس أو أعلى؛ أكثر من 15 عامًا من خبرة التصميم لمنصات بحرية ثابتة أو مرافق إنتاج النفط والغاز العائمة، مع وجود ما لا يقل عن 5 مشاريع دولية شغل فيها المرشح دور قائد تخصص التكييف المركزي. براعة في الهندسة البحرية وتكييف الهواء وفقًا للمعايير والمواصفات الدولية (بما في ذلك، ولكن ليس حصراً، ASHRAE، SMACNA،ISO، API، SHELL DEP، المملكة العربية السعودية، قطر، إلخ)، والأنظمة والسياسات الصناعية. ستُعطى الأفضلية للمرشحين ذوي الخبرة في المشاريع في الشرق الأوسط أو البرازيل. المهارات السلوكية/التقنية: مهارة في استخدام برامج Office مثل Excel وWord وPPT، ومعرفة ببرامج تصميم التكييف المركزي مثل CARRIER E20II أو TRANE. سريع الانتباه، دقيق، مسؤول ومجتهد. الاستعداد للعمل الإضافي حسب متطلبات المشروع. قدرة تعلم قوية مع المبادرة في اكتساب مهارات ومعرفة جديدة. الطلاقة في الاستماع والتحدث والقراءة والكتابة بالإنجليزية لتلبية متطلبات العمل. ينبغي أن يكون لدى المرشحين المحليين درجة CET-6 بمعدل 550 فما فوق أو درجة TOEIC 700 فما فوق. يفضل المتحدثون الأصليون للإنجليزية للمرشحين الدوليين.
