Measure campaign and promotion performance, support budget allocation across channels, and evaluate incrementality so spend flows to what actually drives growth. Analyze customer segments and cohort-level performance to inform targeting, personalization, and lifecycle strategy. Design and maintain dashboards and visualizations that give marketing teams real-time and historical visibility into performance.
