Duties include, but are not limited to, serving any alcoholic beverages, customer service, basic maintenance and cleaning, inventory, fitness front desk support, stocking, basic technical equipment assistance, event planning, event setup and break down, linen exchange, etc. as specified in the Performance Work Statement. Provides excellent customer service and performs related tasks in functional areas of Recreational Services, Fitness Centers, Lounge Operation, Linen exchange, Housekeeping / custodial. Shall be courteous to customers and able to identify and verbally communicate all items in English. Responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, sanitary, healthy, presentable, professional atmosphere, free of dust, clutter and trash in all working facilities and areas. Responsible for completing all assigned Vectrus and Government required training courses. Responsible for proper utilization and safeguarding of all government and contractor provided property (e.g., to include government facilities, equipment and tools). Responsible for precise execution of company time reporting procedures and accurate completion of timesheet. Performs other duties as assigned. <br><br>Working Environment<br><br> Work will be primarily indoors but may also be outdoors to support various events. Exposure to heat, cold, dust, noise, chemicals may occur. Overtime and shift work may be required depending on contractual needs. Employee must comply with all Federal, State and Local regulations and published Company work rules as well as written instructions. Task specific work environment training will be provided as required. Must be prepared to function in a wartime environment to support U. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain Business Continuity Management (BCM) policies, procedures, and frameworks. Conduct Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Risk Assessments across business functions. Develop and maintain Business Continuity Plans (BCPs), Disaster Recovery Plans (DRPs), and Crisis Management Plans. Facilitate BCM exercises, simulations, tabletop exercises, and recovery testing activities. Coordinate with business and technology teams to identify critical business processes and recovery requirements. Monitor and assess organizational readiness to respond to disruptive incidents and emergencies. Ensure alignment of BCM practices with ISO 22301 standards and industry best practices. Prepare management reports, metrics, and dashboards related to business continuity and resilience. Support audits, assessments, and compliance reviews related to BCM and operational resilience. Deliver awareness sessions and training programs to enhance business continuity preparedness across the organization. Drive continuous improvement initiatives for business continuity and resilience programs. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Risk Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in Business Continuity Management, Operational Resilience, Risk Management, or Disaster Recovery. Strong hands-on experience implementing and managing BCM programs. In-depth knowledge of ISO 22301 Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS). Experience conducting Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and risk assessments. Knowledge of disaster recovery, crisis management, and operational resilience practices. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills. Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and senior management. Strong experience in indoor and outdoor signage installation. Hands-on knowledge of vinyl application, lamination, and graphic mounting. Experience working with ACP cladding, channel letters, sign fabrication, and structural installations. Skilled in using power tools and installation fixings. Ability to read measurements, drawings, and production specifications. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and within a team. Comfortable working at heights and performing physical lifting when required. Willingness to travel for project installations when needed. Good English communication and reading skills.
