You will work closely with Product, Operations, Analytics, Operations Efficiency, WFM, Dev Ops and engineering teams to deliver reliable data pipelines, scalable models, internal tools, and clear insights that improve customer experience and operational efficiency.<br><br>You are comfortable switching between engineering work (pipelines, data models, internal services, tooling, optimization) and analytics work (business questions, dashboards, deep‑dive analysis). Build and maintain dashboards and reports (e.g., contact volumes, handling time, quality, customer outcomes, agent performance, spot alerts) that provide reliable metrics and self‑service access to data. Perform deep‑dive analysis to understand trends in contact patterns, customer issues, agent performance, and operational efficiency; identify root causes and propose practical, data‑driven recommendations. Define and maintain metrics and KPIs (e.g., CSAT, NPS, SLA, AHT, FCR, quality scores), ensuring consistent definitions across CEG teams and tools. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Mathematics Teacher role based in Doha, Qatar. <p>سيكون التنفيذي المشتريات مسؤولاً عن تنفيذ ودعم كل من أنشطة الشراء المحلية والدولية، مع ضمان sourcing فعال للمعدات وقطع الغيار والاكسسوارات اللازمة لعمليات Paramount في قطر. تتطلب هذه الدور تنسيقاً قوياً مع الموردين، والإدارات الداخلية، وشركاء اللوجستيات، وفرق الجودة لضمان تقديم أسعار تنافسية، وتوريدات في الوقت المحدد، وأداء سلسلة التوريد بشكل فعال.</p><p><strong>المسؤوليات الرئيسية</strong></p><ul><li><strong>المشتريات وإدارة الموردين</strong> العثور على الموردين محلياً ودولياً وتقييمهم والتفاوض معهم لقطع مطابخ ومخابز وخدمات غذائية ومعدات ذات صلة. بناء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع الموردين الحاليين والجدد لضمان أفضل الأسعار والجودة والشروط وموثوقية الإمداد. إجراء تقييمات أداء الموردين وحل أي قضايا تتعلق بالتسعير والجودة ووقت التسليم وخدمة ما بعد البيع.</li><li><strong>أوامر الشراء والوثائق</strong> إعداد وإصدار أوامر شراء دقيقة (POs) للمشتريات المحلية والمستوردة مع ضمان الامتثال لسياسات الشركة. متابعة تأكيدات أوامر الشراء وجداول الشحن وأوقات الاستلام وتحديث أصحاب المصلحة المعنيين. التأكد من اكتمال وامتثال جميع الوثائق الخاصة بالمشتريات (العقود، وثائق الاعتماد المستندي، وثائق الشحن، وثائق الجمارك).</li><li><strong>التنسيق الجمركي واللوجستي</strong> تنسيق شحنات الاستيراد والتواصل مع وكلاء الشحن ووكلاء الجمارك وفرق المستودعات لضمان التخليص والتوصيل في الوقت المحدد. تتبع وتحديث المخزون والجداول الزمنية للتسليم المرتقب بالتعاون مع فرق اللوجستيات والمستودعات. معالجة التأخيرات والنقص والضرر أو أي اختلافات بسرعة وتنفيذ إجراءات تصحيحية.</li><li><strong>التحكم في التكاليف والتقارير</strong> تحليل اتجاهات الأسعار، الحفاظ على قوائم أسعار الموردين، وتحديد فرص توفير التكاليف وتحسين القيمة. إعداد تقارير المشتريات الأسبوعية/الشهرية وتحليل التكاليف وبطاقات تقييم الموردين للإدارة. المساعدة في إعداد الميزانية والتنبؤ وتخطيط المخزون بما يتماشى مع احتياجات المشروع والتشغيلية.</li><li><strong>التنسيق عبر الأقسام</strong> العمل عن كثب مع فرق المبيعات، إدارة المشروع، المستودع، والمالية لتوحيد احتياجات الشراء مع جداول المشروع ومتطلبات العملاء. دعم حل القضايا الفنية عن طريق التنسيق مع الموردين والفرق الفنية بخصوص المواصفات والمعايير.</li></ul><p><strong>المؤهلات والمهارات</strong></p><ul><li><strong>التعليم والخبرة</strong> درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو سلاسل الإمداد أو اللوجستيات أو مجال ذي صلة. الحد الأدنى 24 عاماً من خبرة الشراء؛ يفضل الخبرة في التعامل مع المشتريات المحلية والمستوردة للمعدات والسلع الصناعية أو القطاعات ذات الصلة.</li><li><strong>المهارات المطلوبة</strong> مهارات تفاوض وإدارة موردين قوية. معرفة إجراءات الاستيراد والتخليص الجمركي ونظام Incoterms وعمليات الشحن والوثائق. مهارات تواصل ممتازة بالإنجليزية (شفهيًا وكتابةً)؛ تعتبر مهارات العربية إضافة. إجادة MS Office (Excel, Word) وأنظمة ERP/المشتريات.</li><li><strong>سمات شخصية</strong> دقة عالية مع مهارات تنظيمية قوية. القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وضمن مواعيد نهائية صارمة. العمل بروح الفريق مع قدرة استباقية على حل المشكلات.</li></ul><p><strong>الملف المرشح المثالي</strong></p><ul><li>درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال، سلاسل الإمداد، اللوجستيات، أو مجال ذي صلة.</li><li>الخبرة في الشراء لا تقل عن 24 عاماً؛ يفضل الخبرة في التعامل مع المشتريات المحلية والمستوردة للمعدات والسلع الصناعية أو القطاعات ذات الصلة.</li><li>مهارات تفاوض وإدارة موردين قوية.</li><li>معرفة إجراءات الاستيراد والتخليص الجمركي ونظام Incoterms وعمليات الشحن والوثائق.</li><li>اتصالات ممتازة بالإنجليزية (شفهيًا وكتابةً); مهارات العربية إضافة.</li><li>إجادة MS Office (Excel, Word) وأنظمة ERP/المشتريات.</li><li>دقة عالية مع مهارات تنظيم قوية.</li><li>القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والالتزام بمواعيد نهائية.</li><li>العمل ضمن فريق مع قدرة استباقية على حل المشكلات.</li></ul>
