Additional certifications in Hydraulic Systems, Fluid Power, Project Management, or Operations Management are advantageous.<br>Experience<br><br>Minimum 10–15 years of experience in hydraulic systems, service operations, or industrial maintenance. At least 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role. Strong experience managing hydraulic workshops and field service operations. Purpose of the Job<br>Phillips Page Associates (PPA) is a growing international consultancy specialising in Mission Critical Infrastructure and Data Centre Engineering, delivering complex MEP, ICT and Security design solutions across the UK, Europe and the Middle East.<br>PPA is building a permanent, full-time, site-based Project Management Consultancy (PMC) team in Qatar to support its growing mission-critical project portfolio.<br>The Project Manager leads the PMC team on site and holds full accountability for project delivery – scope, schedule, budget, quality and safety – acting as the Ensure that the data "ties out" —accuracy is paramount. Modeling Support: Support the Finance team by querying, structuring, and cleaning historical data sets required for budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning models. Dashboard Development: Build, optimize, and maintain clear, user-friendly data visualizations in BI tools (Tableau/Power BI) for corporate finance stakeholders and leadership. Ad-Hoc Business Analysis: Respond to requests from finance leadership to investigate specific trends or anomalies (e.g., delivery cost fluctuations, merchant payout discrepancies, or marketing promo ROI).
