Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to assigned departments. Supervise and monitor Facility Management service contracts to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and service level agreements (SLAs). Coordinate with internal departments, contractors, and external service providers to ensure uninterrupted support services. Monitor contract execution, contractor performance, KPIs, and compliance with contract requirements. Conduct regular inspections of facility management services and recommend operational improvements. Prepare administrative reports, performance reports, meeting minutes, and management presentations. Review contractor invoices, work completion reports, and supporting documentation. Track contract deliverables, renewals, variations, and contract-related documentation. Support procurement and contract administration activities when required. Ensure adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and government regulations. Maintain accurate administrative records and documentation. Identify operational risks and recommend corrective actions to improve service delivery. Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.<br>Mandatory Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Facility Management, Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in:Administrative Management Facility Management Contract Management Previous experience working with government organizations, semi-government entities, or large corporate environments is highly preferred. Strong understanding of Facility Management operations and support services. Experience in managing outsourced service providers and maintenance contracts. Knowledge of contract administration, performance monitoring, and SLA management. Excellent report writing and documentation skills. Strong organizational and coordination abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook).<br>Language Requirements Arabic – Mandatory (Reading, Writing & Speaking) English – Professional Working Proficiency
