Description<br><br>We are seeking a QHSE Engineer to join our LAC Qatar Service department at Leminar Air Conditioning Industries LLC. The successful candidate will ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance across our projects.<br><br>The QHSE Engineer will play a crucial role in implementing and monitoring health, safety, and environmental (HSE) plans and requirements. They will conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to ensure compliance and deliver HSE inductions and safety programs. Additionally, they will investigate incidents and coordinate with relevant parties to maintain a safe work environment.<br><br>Responsibilities<br><br>Implement and oversee the Project HSE Plan and client HSE requirements. Conduct site inspections, audits, risk assessments, and Job Safety Analyses (JSA). Deliver HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and safety awareness programs. Ensure compliance with permit-to-work systems and safe work procedures. Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective actions. Maintain accurate HSE records, reports, and documentation. Coordinate with clients, project management, and subcontractors on HSE matters. Participate in emergency preparedness and response activities. Stop unsafe work practices to protect personnel, property, and the environment.<br><br>Qualifications<br><br>Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field. Professional certification in HSE (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent) is preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar QHSE role, preferably in the HVAC industry. Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration. Ability to conduct thorough risk assessments and develop safety protocols. Proficiency in using HSE management software and data analysis tools. Willingness to travel to project sites as required. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Valid driving license.

Design and configure class libraries, tag/document numbering rules, and asset breakdown structures aligned to client information standards (CFIHOS, ISO 14224, ISO 15926) Build and operate data ingestion pipelines for engineering deliverables (P&IDs, datasheets, 3D models, tag registers, document indexes) from EPC handover packages and legacy archives, including quality gating and completeness reporting.
