JOB PURPOSE / OBJECTIVEManage and ensure the successful execution of projects. Primary responsibility is to oversee and implement project management processes, including estimation, planning, scheduling, budgeting, monitoring, and reporting to effectively control project progress and resources.<br>KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESProject Planning & Scheduling Collaborate with project managers, Project engineers and stakeholders to develop detailed project plans, including defining project goals, scope, objectives, deliverables, and milestones. The Joinery Estimator will review architectural and interior design drawings, specifications, and site conditions to prepare detailed cost estimates for joinery and custom furniture works. Day-to-day tasks include quantifying materials, labor, and fabrication requirements; preparing bills of quantities; and obtaining and evaluating supplier and subcontractor quotations. The role involves preparing clear and competitive pricing proposals, value-engineering options, and bid documentation for tenders and negotiated projects. The Joinery Estimator will coordinate with the design, production, and procurement teams to confirm feasibility, optimize material usage, and ensure estimates align with workshop capabilities and installation methods.
