The successful candidate will be responsible for developing creative and technically accurate architectural solutions for a wide range of projects, including <b>luxury villas, VIP clubs, offices, and hospitality developments</b>.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Design and develop architectural projects, from Concept Design up to IFT stage.</li><li>Prepare 2D drawings using <b>AutoCAD</b>: Layouts, elvations, sections, details.</li><li>Produce <b>3D models and renders</b> with <b>SketchUp</b> and rendering engines such as <b>Enscape</b>, <b>Lumion</b>, or <b>D5</b>.</li><li>Coordinate closely with <b>interior design, structural, and MEP teams</b> to ensure design consistency and technical integration.</li><li>Maintain organized project files, CAD standards, and drawing documentation according to company protocols.</li><li>Ensure that all drawings and deliverables comply with <b>Qatar’s building regulations and authority requirements</b>.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Contract Terms</b></p><ul><li>Working hours: <b>Sunday to Thursday, 7 AM – 5 PM. ( with 1 hour lunch break )</b></li><li>Location: <b>Doha office</b> (site visits may be required).</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Application Requirements</b></p><ul><li>Updated CV</li><li>Portfolio PDF or link.</li><li>Valid QID</li><li>Availability date and expected salary</li></ul><p><br></p> </div><h2 class="h5">Skills</h2> <div data-jb-field="skills"><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.</li><li><b>Grade A - Qatar's engineers comitte ( UPDA )</b></li><li>Proficiency in <b>AutoCAD</b>.</li><li>Proficiency in <b>SketchUp</b> and rendering engines: <b>Enscape, Lumion or D5.</b></li><li>Knowledge in <b>Photoshop</b>,</li><li>Knowledge in <b>Microsoft Office</b>.</li><li>Knowledge of the regulations applicable for building design in Qatar such as: MM Baladiya regulations, Kahramaa, QCDD and Ashghal.</li><li>Ability to produce accurate drawings, organize tasks efficiently, and meet deadlines.</li><li>Fluent in English with good communication skills. Arabic knowledge is an asset.</li><li>Positive attitude, team-oriented, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul><p><br></p></div>
