The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of centrifugal chillers and VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) systems in industrial and commercial facilities. QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATIONDiploma or ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certification in Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, or Mechanical Engineering. WORK EXPERIENCEMinimum 10 years of hands-on experience in the Oil & Gas sector (onshore or offshore), specifically working with chiller systems and VRF technology. Proven track record of working on large-capacity centrifugal chillers (e.g., Carrier, York, Trane, Mitsubishi, Daikin) and multi-zone VRF systems. Maintenance:Perform routine inspections (daily, weekly, monthly) of chillers, VRF outdoor/indoor units, compressors, condensers, evaporators, cooling towers, pumps, and AHUs. Execute preventive maintenance schedules: cleaning coils, changing filters, checking refrigerant levels, lubricating moving parts, inspecting electrical connections, and verifying control sequences. Carry out corrective maintenance to quickly restore failed equipment and reduce operational downtime. Repair & Replacement:Diagnose and repair/replace faulty compressors (scroll, screw, centrifugal), pumps, motors, starters, contactors, capacitors, fans, belts, bearings, valves (solenoid, thermal expansion, shut-off), and control components (sensors, thermostats, PLC modules).
