Supporting construction and commissioning teams to monitor the progress of the sub-system/system into systems completion data base. Monitor and track the Integrity of the Systems Completion Database (SCDB), monitor changes, data integrity and reporting. Including but not limited to: tag creation and verification, ITR's are properly defined and allocated as per approved Tag Type Matrix (TTM), document allocation, processing and transmitting; punch list creation, exception creation and tracking, report generation for various documentation and tracking purposes. Primary Purpose Of The Job<br><br>Responsible, accountable for the day-to-day functions of deconstruction, demolition and execution of department assigned Projects at offshore locations to ensure they are constructed/decommissioned in accordance with approved Scope of Work, approved drawings, engineering design and safety, environment and Qatar Energy standards & specifications.<br><br>Provide guidance to construction supervisor and Contractor to ensure that all deconstruction & decommissioning activities are executed in accordance with approved method statements complying with project schedule, quality and HSE requirements.<br><br>Required Experience And Skills<br><br>Candidate should have a minimum of 10 to 12 years overall experience in supervising, offshore deconstruction, demolition, decommissioning with strong offshore demolition experience of oil and gas production / wellhead platform topside , Jacket structures and subsea infrastructure (pipelines, umbilical, flatpack, composite cables etc) including sea fastening inspection, lifting plan review and approval of construction/demolition method statements, load-out activities.
