<li>Monitor near-expiry, slow-moving, and damaged inventory and report to the Procurement Manager for swift action.</li>
<li>Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and Local Purchase Orders (LPOs) for materials as and when requested.</li>
<li>Perform all transactions in the ERP system, including creation of Stock Receipt Vouchers (SRVs), Raw Material Issues, Work Orders, and Transfer Requests (TRs).</li>
<li>Conduct daily preparation and submission of finished goods and raw material stock reports.</li>
<li>Conduct periodic cycle counts and quarterly stock counts; report results and investigate variances.</li>
<li>Arrange any reports requested by management relating to stock movement, inventory levels, or material consumption</li>
<li>Analyse and provide information on stock movement trends, consumption rates, and inventory levels to support operational planning</li>
<li>Identify and recommend improvements to the ordering, receiving, and issuance processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy</li>
