Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement effective SHES Management Systems. - demonstrate experience in leading initiatives aimed at enhancing safety culture and driving continuous safety improvements during the construction of Large Scale LNG Plants, Refineries, or Petrochemical plants. * Manage and mentor large teams, fostering collaboration and teamwork within a Joint Venture framework. * Lead and guide the full implementation of the Project SHES Management Systems and Programs. * Leverage experience to foster implementation of international best practices on both packages. * Plan and lead resource allocation and ensure effective resource allocations and development across both packages. * Provide oversight and guidance on SHES Systems, Regulatory compliance and SHES Performance at project sites. * Prepare, review and update Project Specific SHES Plans and key supporting documents based on corporate and contractual requirements. * Provide strong leadership within project to ensure that the Company Safety Culture is developed to the expectations of the JV Sponsors and Client, that it is fully implemented and maintained throughout all project phases. * Use networking, influencing skills, negotiation skills, and technical knowledge to help establish direction and SHES culture of the project, driving a collaborative and high performance project. * Support and promote the Observation & Intervention program and the Safety Leadership and Cultural development programs. * Liaise with internal/external stakeholders as and when required, e.g. Project Manager and Project Directors, Client Representatives, Partner SHES Managers, Subcontractors etc. * Support Site SHES Managers to ensure SIMOPS and relevant SHES programs for Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning and start-up are in place when required.</p><p>Qualifications: * Degree in a relevant field. * Internationally recognized SHES certifications, including ISO 45001 and/or ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, * Extensive knowledge of mechanical construction methodologies. * The successful candidate will demonstrate a proven track record in safety management and will be adept at engaging with Joint Venture partners and clients to ensure strong collaboration, project excellence and safety compliance.</p>

<p>Lead the Project Management Team's project control activities, coordinating input from other PMT functions such as engineering, construction, etc.<br>Provides management and technical direction for all facets of the division (estimating, scheduling, cost engineering, procurement and contract coordination).<br>Responsible for ensuring effective project control measures are executed by the Contractor and sub-contractor organizations, with particular emphasis on schedule management, planning and progress monitoring, modify as necessary to meet Company and PMT standards and requirements.<br>Provides an interface between Project Manager, Business Manager, PMT members and Contractor with respect to cost and schedule performance, reporting and approvals.<br>Responsible for implementing and updating the Project Control Plan, as required.<br>Coordinates the collecting, consolidating, analyzing and reporting all project cost and schedule, control, trend and progress measurement information to ensure overall project status is assessed and potential problem areas identified. Produces cost estimates on the project as requested by senior management.<br>Reviews project changes to evaluate any schedule and/or cost impact; responsible for incorporating the effect and impact of approved changes in the overall cost and schedule stewardship and reporting.<br>Manages project workforce planning and resourcing, ensuring changes are managed fairly using consistent decision-making criteria across the project.<br>Monitor Contractor's performance and progress in areas of project controls, scheduling, reporting, progress monitoring and cost estimating assessing any discrepancies and reverting to Contractor for clarifications/corrections.<br>Establishes and maintains appropriate planning systems, fully integrated, and appropriate for the project.<br>Reviews invoices for compliance and completeness, liaises with the contractors and/or suppliers and the Accounts Payable Department in the resolution of queries and disputes.<br>Provides data for accounting and auditing functions and ensures Contractor's accounting systems meet Company audit requirements.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Accounting, Business Management/administration, Commercial disciplines.<br>10 years' experience in a major project environment within the oil and gas industry, with exposure in business management including project controls, cost and schedule development, tender preparation and contract management and 3 years supervising multi-disciplined and multi-cultural teams.<br>Excellent written and oral English skills.<br>Strong planning, organizational and prioritizing skills.<br>Strong negotiating and influencing skills.<br>Good communication and interpersonal skills.</p>
