<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles &amp; Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p>Provide pre-award and post-contract award administration support for Engineering &amp; Project Group.</p><p>Working in contracts/commercial environment, with minimal supervision, handling multiple Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contracts, Engineering Services Contracts, OEM Contracts and Department Level Contracts (Contracts Work Orders). Satisfy multiple internal and external stakeholders and to respond to enquires accurately and comprehensively within short time frames.</p><p>Liaise with relevant stakeholders to create, monitor and update the demand plan to maximise department performance. Support review Scopes of Work (SOW) for various projects including Front End Engineering Design (FEED) and Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) works to evaluate contractor/vendor deliverables. Write up contractual responses to Change Order Requests, claims and other related correspondence ensuring compliance within agreements. Provide guidance to end users on contract related risks and best practice to enhance organisational efficiencies. Support post-award dispute administration including negotiation, adhering to Company policies and procedures. Prepare management information report, through collection of data, and submit to management for review. Provide advice and expertise to other disciplines and all stakeholder departments in contract and claims management to maximise efficiency. Job Summary<br><br>The role holder is responsible for the preventive maintenance, repair, overhaul and troubleshooting of Responsible for Maintenance, diagnostics and troubleshooting of DCS systems (Honeywell TDC-3000 (TPS) & Experion Systems), Safety Systems (Triconex, Siemens, HIMA, Honeywell), PLCs (Allen Bradley, Siemens, HIMA, Honeywell), PDCS Systems (Siemens) and GT control systems (GE Mark VI & Vie).<br><br>Familiarized completely with the allocated area of work, the equipment involved and general idea of the process of the maintenance activities. They will carry out day to day basic maintenance jobs independently under normal supervision. Housekeeping is an important issue, as is the proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment. They must ensure that all the activities are carried out in compliance with QAFCO occupational health, Quality, Safety, Energy and Environment procedures.<br><br>Key Accountabilities<br><br>Carry out the assigned day-to-day routine and non-routine maintenance activities independently under normal supervision to ensure work is completed on time and to quality standards. Provide advice on completion of work verbally or completing work sheets in order that superior can effectively monitor overall work progress against plans. Gain approval for cold work permits in order to facilitate the execution of assigned tasks in compliance with safety requirements. Conduct toolbox meeting to discuss scheduled work activities and ensure correct tools and safety equipment are available prior to commencement of work. Identify and report problems / findings to immediate superior in order to avert possible malfunction of equipment. Provide work direction to contract-hired manpower. Lead group of contracted manpower to carry out specific tasks during shutdown.<br><br>Desired Candidate Profile<br><br>Minimum of High School + 2 years Diploma in relevant discipline Minimum of 5 years direct experience working in Fertilizer, Petrochemical, Chemical, or Oil & Gas Industry. Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong communication, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good experience of maintenance of Ammonia, Urea, Melamine, desalination and chemical processing plant. Know basic signal circuit design; know types of signals and transmission devices; design and install transmission systems between measurement and control element devices and control equipment; know the transmission system architecture. Know data backup and data restore policy. Develop and implement the data backup and data restore procedures and systems necessary to ensure complete information systems (IS) disaster recovery capability. Know how to select and obtain a spare part utilizing the correct procedures and methods. Technical Knowledge & Troubleshooting skills on Honeywell ESD systems , Triconex,GE Mark VI, Siemens PDCS , Allen Bradley. Know how to use the full complement of firefighting equipment and understand the Permit to Work (PTW) system.
