<h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> <span><span>Execute instrumentation and control pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.</span><br><span>Perform loop checking, continuity testing, signal verification, and functional testing.</span><br><span>Calibrate pressure, temperature, flow, and level instruments.</span><br><span>Test and commission transmitters, switches, control valves, actuators, sensors, and analyzers.</span><br><span>Perform control valve stroking and functional checks.</span><br><span>Troubleshoot instrument, wiring, signal, communication, and control-system faults.</span><br><span>Verify installations against P&amp;IDs, loop diagrams, hook-up drawings, datasheets, and wiring diagrams.</span><br><span>Support testing of PLC, DCS, ESD, fire and gas, and other control systems.</span><br><span>Use HART communicators, loop calibrators, pressure calibrators, and related test equipment.</span><br><span>Complete calibration sheets, loop folders, commissioning checklists, and test reports.</span><br><span>Follow PTW, LOTO, isolation, and HSE procedures.</span><br></span><br><span>Requirements<span>Diploma, ITI, or technical qualification in Instrumentation, Electronics, or Control Engineering.</span><br><span>Minimum 5 years of relevant instrumentation experience.</span><br><span>Proven hands-on experience in instrumentation and control commissioning is mandatory.</span><br><span>Candidates with only construction or installation experience will not be considered.</span><br><span>Strong experience in loop testing, calibration, functional testing, and troubleshooting.</span><br><span>Ability to read P&amp;IDs, loop diagrams, hook-up drawings, and wiring diagrams.</span><br><span>Familiarity with PLC, DCS, ESD, fire and gas, transmitters, and control valves.</span><br><span>Fluent in spoken and written English.</span><br><span>Experience in Oil &amp; Gas and desalination projects will be highly preferred.</span><br></span><br> </div>
