Senior Advisor – Refinery & Petrochemical Development & Restructuring (BOT)<br> Location: Doha, Qatar Engagement Type: Independent Consultant (Flexible / Hybrid) Travel: International Travel as required<br><br>Role Overview<br>Armaze Strategic Holding LLC is seeking a Senior Advisor to provide high-level strategic expertise in developing, reviewing, and restructuring the technical and commercial aspects of large-scale refining, petrochemical, and downstream projects, with a core focus on Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) frameworks.<br>Key Responsibilities Project Development: Evaluate investment concepts, lead feasibility studies, and review project development plans across the refining, petrochemical, and downstream sectors. Restructuring & De-risking: Review and restructure technical and commercial terms, mitigating complex project bottlenecks to render opportunities bankable and commercially viable for execution. Technical & Financial Assessment: Evaluate refining configurations, petrochemical complexes, plant capacities, feedstock requirements, CAPEX/OPEX estimates, and financial models. Negotiation & Transaction Support: Provide technical and commercial counsel during negotiations to successfully reach final project agreements, concessions, and BOT contracts.<br><br>Qualifications & Experience Experience: 25+ years of relevant professional experience in oil refining, petrochemicals, hydrocarbons, or mega industrial projects (experience in restructuring complex projects is a plus). Specialization: Proven executive track record in BOT/PPP projects, feasibility studies, and structuring/supporting high-value transactions. The Mechanical Technician is responsible for ensuring on-time delivery of equipment as per operational demands. The Mechanical Technician improves maintenance related nonproductive time ratio of the Product Line's assets within the Maintenance Base (MB), and improves maintenance efficiency and people productivity.<br><br>Maintain assigned equipment according to the pertinent maintenance program and compliant with the reliability centered maintenance strategy through adherence to the Computerized Maintenance Management System and standard work. Adhere to transactional discipline within Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) business systems to record materials and supplies, labor costs and equipment maintenance performance history such as movements, work orders, parts used and time to maintain. Comply with TLM Product Line standards. Participate in the continuous improvement culture, initiatives and improvement plans within the MB to improve asset utilization and cost of service delivery (CoSD). Participate in continuous improvement efforts to improve asset turnaround time, which includes reducing downtime due to maintenance, parts and repair authorization numbers, failures and work-in-process. Support continuous improvement efforts to improve the efficiency and productivity of Maintenance Technicians. Implement CoSD projects, such as the planned repair and reuse of parts. Participate in failure investigations as assigned.
