Overview<br><br>The BMS Operator is responsible for monitoring, operating, and maintaining building automation systems, ensuring optimal performance of HVAC, fire, and other integrated systems. The role involves troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and supporting energy efficiency initiatives while adhering to safety standards.<br><br>Your role<br><br>Monitor and oversee repair and maintenance activities of all BMS-controlled systems carried out by service providers across the site. Perform routine inspections to ensure proper functioning of control systems, and carry out troubleshooting and minor repairs as per the Daily/Weekly Maintenance Plan. Operate and monitor HVAC, fire alarm, and other critical systems through the BMS to ensure efficient and safe performance. Adjust system parameters and variables as required to maintain operations within defined limits and optimal conditions. Record and analyze operational data of HVAC and other BMS-controlled systems to support energy efficiency improvements and performance tracking. Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Immediately report any accidents, injuries, unsafe conditions, or practices to the concerned authority. Participate in safety meetings and toolbox talks to enhance awareness and adherence to safety protocols. Maintain proper documentation and provide regular written reports on maintenance, repairs, and system performance to management. Acrylic Factory serves industrial, commercial, retail, event, and corporate clients with reliable supply and tailored project solutions.<br>Role Description The Wooden CNC Operator is a full-time, on-site role based at Acrylic Factory’s facility in Doha, Qatar. The role involves setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC machines for wooden components used in acrylic-related projects, ensuring accurate cuts, shapes, and finishes according to technical drawings and work orders. The operator will load materials, select appropriate tools, enter or adjust CNC programs, and perform test runs to verify accuracy before full production.
