<p>Job Description We are currently looking Senior Data Architect (Data &amp; AI) for our Qatar operations with the following terms &amp; conditions.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Minimum 7 10 years of experience in Data Architecture, Enterprise Data Management, Data Engineering, or related disciplines, preferably within banking or financial services. Strong knowledge of enterprise data architecture principles, data modeling, data integration, and data governance frameworks. Strong knowledge with modern data platforms, data warehouses, lakehouses, ETL/ELT frameworks, and analytics ecosystems. Understanding of AI/ML data ecosystems, AI data requirements, and Responsible AI principles. Experience reviewing architecture designs across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. Knowledge of Data Governance, Data Quality, Metadata Management, and regulatory data management requirements. Strong analytical, architectural, and stakeholder management skills. GCC and/or Qatar banking experience is highly desirable. Professional certifications such as TOGAF, DAMA, CDMP, and Cloud Architecture certifications are preferred.</p>

The candidate will be responsible for defining and overseeing end-to-end solution architecture, ensuring that business requirements are translated into scalable, secure, maintainable, and high-performing technical solutions.<br>Key Responsibilities<br>Define and maintain the end-to-end solution architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM-based solutions. Design scalable and secure solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Azure and related Microsoft technologies. Lead technical architecture and design for new services, enhancements, integrations, and transformation initiatives. Review existing architecture and identify opportunities for optimization, modernization, and simplification. Design integration architecture between Dynamics 365, Databricks, enterprise applications, APIs, external systems, and data platforms. Define API, integration, data flow, authentication, and security architecture. Ensure appropriate application, data, integration, and infrastructure architecture principles are followed. Work closely with business analysts, developers, data architects, cybersecurity teams, infrastructure teams, and project managers. Review technical designs, solution architecture documents, integration specifications, and development approaches. Provide technical leadership and guidance to development and implementation teams. Ensure solutions comply with organizational security, data protection, governance, and architecture standards. Identify technical risks, dependencies, scalability issues, and potential points of failure. Support technical evaluations and provide recommendations on technology and solution options. Participate in architecture review boards and technical decision-making. Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, performance, scalability, and maintainability are considered in solution designs.<br>Mandatory Technical Requirements<br>Minimum 10+ years of experience in IT, with significant experience in solution/enterprise architecture. Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Microsoft Dataverse. Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 architecture, customization, security roles, business units, workflows, plugins, APIs, and integrations. Strong experience with Azure cloud architecture. Strong experience designing enterprise integrations using APIs, REST, messaging, and integration platforms. Strong understanding of data architecture and integration between CRM and enterprise data platforms. Strong understanding of Databricks and modern data-platform architecture, sufficient to design and govern integrations with the data platform. Experience with Microsoft technologies such as Azure Integration Services, API Management, Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, Power Platform, and Power BI is highly desirable. Strong understanding of identity and security technologies, including Microsoft Entra ID, OAuth 2.0, SSO, MFA, RBAC, and secure API integration. Experience with enterprise architecture principles and architecture documentation. Strong understanding of performance, scalability, high availability, and disaster recovery.
