Be proactive in up selling further services and the facilities. Guide clients on Asaya experiences that best suit them and being knowledgeable on all Asaya services. Be knowledgeable on the products to support the therapists and retailing to clients. Process payments and complete appropriate paperwork. Process voucher purchasing, bookings and redemption. Arrange product displays and ensure the presentation of department particularly in the reception area will be neat, clean and tidy. Help maintain all the facilities within Asaya.</p><p><strong>Coordinator Duties:</strong> Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling wellness services, maintaining calendars, booking rooms, and preparing materials. Serve as the first point of contact for internal wellness inquiries and coordinate communications. Support data collection for wellness metrics and ensure confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations. Maintain and organize client records, treatment logs, intake forms, and follow-up notes. Monitor spa inventory, wellness supplies, and ensure timely reordering in collaboration with the Wellness Manager. Support the promotion and communication of wellness packages, workshops, and seasonal offers. Prepare daily reports, attendance logs, and client feedback summaries. Process payments, generate invoices, and ensure accurate billing and recordkeeping. Assist with vendor coordination and wellness practitioner scheduling. Uphold cleanliness, order, and confidentiality in line with spa protocols and health regulations.</p><p><strong>Concierge Duties:</strong> Answer calls within three rings with the appropriate greeting. Ascertain the type and time of Asaya service desired and booking the most suitable time according to therapists and practitioners appointment schedule with the inclusion of offering additional treatments. Ensure all prudent information is taken with each booking to be able to reconfirm contact with the guests if needed. Offer an orientation of the facilities to all first-time guests and members as per standard procedure advising them of services, facility rules and any other prudent information. Group enquiries, press and VIP booking details should be taken and passed on to the Director of Wellness/ Assistant with full contact name, telephone/email and details of date and nature of booking enquiry. Be alert and utilize permanent staff during their Rota hours to maximize time and profitability.</p><p><strong>Payments:</strong> Ensure correct payment is taken and processed after appointment completion with relevant paperwork completed to ensure daily banking balances. Ensure gift vouchers are sold with corresponding paper work and payments completed so that when redemption of the voucher happens all paperwork would match. End of day, cash up to ensure all services provided are accounted for and charged; credit card, cash and room charges taken; balances with no discrepancies and are safely deposited in accordance with the hotel cash handling policy.</p><p><strong>Other duties:</strong> Ensure the department has a sufficient stock of towels and amenities. Collect deliveries from purchasing or other departments as necessary. Ensure dirty linen is taken to laundry and new clean items are collected regularly. Follow correct manual handling such as using a trolley when moving goods. In the event the fire alarm is activated, ensure the whole department is notified in a calm efficient manner to evacuate to the designated point in accordance with the hotel policy.</p><p><strong>Communication:</strong> Maintain effective communication both within the team and with the Director of Wellness to ensure smooth running of the department and keeping well informed of any issues/ queries that may arise. Report any complaints to the Director of Wellness or assistant when appropriate. Liaise with other departments when needed to ensure good communication across the hotel.</p><p><strong>Training:</strong> Assist in training and development of colleagues as required. Overview<br><br>Seeking an experienced QA/QC Engineer / Quality Manager with 12+ years of experience in quality assurance and quality control management for large-scale construction projects, including mission-critical data centers. The Senior Director, Academic Services is a new position within the Education Office at Carnegie Mellon University in Qatar, reporting to the Senior Associate Dean, Education. The Senior Director, Academic Services is a new position within the Education Office at Carnegie Mellon University in Qatar, reporting to the Senior Associate Dean, Education. The Senior Director has primary responsibility for academic advising and student success, course scheduling and registration management, and student financial services, and supervises a team of four academic advisors, the Director of Student Academic Success, and the Manager, Student Financial Services.<br><br>Strategic Leadership<br><br>In collaboration with the Senior Associate Dean, Education, the Senior Director develops and manages a strategic vision for student services, including:<br><br>Monitoring overall student progress toward degree completion to identify and address problem cases and systemic issues;Ensuring students have adequate information to make informed decisions about course and degree options, and are aware of and in compliance with academic policies;Identifying recurring student concerns and proposing institutional solutions;Partnering with the Director of Student Academic Success to manage academic action plans and success interventions for students on academic probation or warning;Ensuring students receive accurate financial aid counseling and are prepared to meet their financial obligations, in partnership with the Manager, Student Financial Services.<br><br>Operational Management<br><br>The Senior Director also takes responsibility for:<br><br>Working with academic programs and student advisors to identify course needs and scheduling constraints;Managing creation of the course schedule, room assignments, and final exam schedule each semester;Ensuring accurate entry and integration of data (e.g., course descriptions, faculty and advisor assignments, degree audits) across enrollment management technology platforms;Supervising the degree certification process.<br><br>Desired Qualifications<br><br>Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred8+ years in higher education with progressive leadership responsibility, including direct supervisory experience Experience in academic advising and/or enrollment services strongly preferred Familiarity with financial aid counseling and student financial services operations Proficiency with enrollment management and student records technology platforms Knowledge of and experience at Carnegie Mellon University and/or Education City, Qatar preferred<br><br>Joining the CMU team opens the door to an array of exceptional benefits.<br><br>Benefits eligible employees enjoy a wide array of benefits including comprehensive medical, prescription, dental, and vision insurance as well as a generous retirement savings program with employer contributions. Overview<br><br>Seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer with 12+ years of experience in the supervision, coordination, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems for mission-critical data center projects. The role will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of HV/LV power infrastructure, backup power systems, and electrical distribution networks while maintaining compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and operational reliability requirements.<br><br>Your role<br><br>Supervise electrical construction activities for data center projects to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, codes, and project requirements. Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of HV and LV electrical systems, transformers, switchgear, and power distribution equipment. Monitor the installation and operation of emergency power systems including generators, fuel systems, UPS systems, batteries, and associated controls. Review electrical shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical submissions for compliance with project requirements. Coordinate electrical works with mechanical, civil, structural, architectural, ICT, and specialist vendor installations. Conduct site inspections and quality audits to verify workmanship, installation standards, and material compliance. Supervise installation and testing of earthing, bonding, and lightning protection systems. Monitor cable routing, cable containment systems, power distribution networks, and equipment terminations. Witness factory acceptance tests (FAT), site acceptance tests (SAT), pre-commissioning activities, and performance testing. Review energization procedures and ensure safe execution of electrical system energization activities. Support integrated systems testing (IST), commissioning, and operational readiness activities for mission-critical facilities. Identify and resolve electrical design, construction, and interface issues in coordination with project stakeholders. Ensure contractor compliance with project quality requirements, safety standards, and construction schedules. Review inspection requests, testing records, commissioning reports, and QA/QC documentation. Monitor contractor progress, resource allocation, and productivity, reporting risks and recommending corrective actions when required. Participate in multidisciplinary coordination meetings and provide technical input on electrical engineering matters. Support authority inspections, client witnessing activities, snagging inspections, and final project handover processes. Prepare technical reports, progress updates, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and project status reports for client and consultant management teams.<br><br>About You<br><br>Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. UPDA/MMUP Grade AData Center Experience [ at least 1 project is delivered in the last 5 years] Mandatory.12+ years of experience. HV/LV systems, transformers, switchgear, generators, UPS, earthing, lightning protection, power distribution, testing, energisation and commissioning.
