Proven experience managing collections related to tenant receivables, lease agreements, rental income, service charges, and retail leasing portfolios. Minimum 10-15 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial role overseeing collections within mall, retail, or commercial real estate environments. Demonstrated success in managing relationships with retail tenants, anchor tenants, F&B operators, entertainment operators, and corporate clients. Strong understanding of retail leasing, property management operations, tenant billing, and revenue recovery processes. Experience developing and implementing collection strategies that improve cash flow, reduce aged receivables, and minimize bad debt exposure. Proficiency in ERP systems, financial reporting, collections analytics, and advanced Excel. Excellent negotiation, dispute resolution, and stakeholder management skills. Solid knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to collections, contracts, and tenancy agreements within the GCC. Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications in Credit or Finance are an advantage. Experience with major shopping mall operators, retail asset owners, property developers, or mixed-use destinations is highly preferred.<br>Preferred Experience07+ years of experience in Collections, Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, or Revenue Management. Prior experience supporting large-scale commercial assets, retail destinations, shopping centres, mixed-use developments, or diversified real estate portfolios. In charge of Revenue, Reservations and Operator department.<br><br>Revenue Management & Pricing<br><br>Monitor daily room rates and occupancy levels. Update room pricing across distribution channels (OTA, GDS, hotel website). Assist with dynamic pricing strategies based on demand. Manage rate plans, packages, and promotional offers. Ensure rate parity across booking channels.<br><br>Forecasting & Reporting<br><br>Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports. Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including:ADR (Average Daily Rate) Occupancy %Rev PAR (Revenue Per Available Room) TRev PAR (Total Revenue Per Available Room) Assist in demand forecasting and budgeting.
