العميل لدى Linum Consult يبحث حاليًا عن مدير عقود وتجارة ثنائي اللغة عربي-إنجليزي من قطاع الطاقة للانضمام إليهم في الدوحة، قطر.
المسؤوليات
• إعداد العقود المتنوعة ومساعدتهم في التفاوض وإدارتها
• مراجعة جميع الإشعارات العقدية للمطالب وتقديم المشورة العقدية
•التفاعل مع العملاء والمتعاقدين والموردين والاستشاريين فيما يخص جميع المسائل العقدية
• مراجعة وثائق المناقصة ووثائق العقد المسودة من قبل آخرين للتحقق من غموض أو تعارض وعدم التوافق مع أشكال عقد العميل والإجراءاتRelated
• التحقيق في المشاكل العقدية المحتملة وتقديم الإجراءات التصحيحية
• إعداد المراسلات العقدية الأساسية والحفاظ على السجلات اللازمة لضمان الإدارة الفعالة لجميع المسائل العقدية
• تسهيل إعداد تغييرات العقد والإشراف على إعداد أوامر التغيير ذات الصلة من قبل مستشار التكاليف
• مراجعة أي مطالبات ضد العميل وفقاً لأحكام العقود المعنية وتولي زمام الردود اللازمة إلى جانب أي مطالبات مضادة
• التأكد من وجود جميع الضمانات والالتزامات والضمانات والتأمينات والضمانات الأخرى ومطابقتها الكاملة لأحكام العقد المعنية
• صياغة تعديلات العقود للمستشارين والمقاولين حسب الحاجة للموافقة من العميل
• المساعدة في إعداد تقارير التقدم الشهرية
• إدارة فريق من مسؤولي العقود</p><p>الملف الشخصي
• درجة جامعية في مجال الهندسة أو المساحة التخطيطية ضرورية
• خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في إدارة العقود والمحاسبة الكمية
• من الأفضل وجود خبرة في صناعة الطاقة أو الكهرباء
• معرفة تقنية قوية بعقود FIDIC

Senior Consultant / Project Manager – Ports & Marine<br><br>Location: Doha, Qatar<br><br>Primary Responsibilities<br><br>Manage studies and projects within the Ports & Marine service line. Act as a Senior Consultant in the delivery of Port Consulting and Engineering Services. Ensure technical quality through the implementation of best practices and continuous improvement initiatives. Promote cost reduction and productivity enhancement across projects. Conduct site visits, inspections, data gathering activities, and technical evaluations relevant to assigned work. Participate in design reviews and provide advice on technical design, drafting issues, and compliance requirements. Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals. Maintain project cost and quality control in accordance with established project management procedures and standards.<br><br>Qualifications & Experience<br><br>Preferably 15+ years of relevant experience (minimum 10 years) within the Ports & Marine Engineering industry. The Planning Manager is responsible for overseeing project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting activities across the Company’s various projects. The role ensures that project programmes are properly developed, maintained, and monitored and that potential delays, risks, and schedule impacts are identified and reported in a timely manner.
