<p><strong>JOB PURPOSE:</strong> Steer and train an emergency brigade. Coordinate an internal commission of accidents prevention. Prepare and review security and maintenance procedures. Provide technical support next to the government ministry. Manage all industrial health activities, such as measurements preparation of reports and files and attendance and destination of industrial residues. Provide support to state and security activities. Maintain a direct relationship with public organs involved with administration area. <p><strong>JOB PURPOSE:</strong> Run the machine at optimal speeds to meet the production schedule and quality standards</p>
<p><b>KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES</b></p>
<p>HSE</p>

<p>Production Workflow: Ensure that the resins are correctly mixed and the correct raw materials are available before beginning production to make quality pipes</p>

<li>Report any accidents, problems, mistakes or non–conformities faced during production to the superior</li>

<li>Maintain proper records for both molds and mandrels along with stenciling each to achieve proper identification</li>
<li>Inspect the de-molded product to be able to offer it later to the online QC for final inspection</li>
<li>Cool the related mandrel to reach the minimum required temperature</li>
<li>Ensure the mandrels are ready for production without any delay to meet the committed schedule</li>
<li>Hydro test: Monitor the machine operation as per the requirements and within its defined limitations to avoid any damage to the machine/tested item</li>
<li>Set up and dismantle pipe testing heads and fittings blind flanges to ensure that no problem occurs during testing</li>
<li>Test pipes in accordance with testing schedule and log the daily tests</li>
<li>Select the correct rubbers rings, O-rings and flange per drilling standards to accelerate the testing process</li>
<li>Apply the valid calibration dates on the gauges to meet QC testing requirement</li>
<li>Calibration: Calibrate, build up, grind and cut pipes to required dimensions and quality standards</li>
<li>Prevent wastage and rejections during calibration</li>
<li>Track, log and report the daily output and post curing status to ensure production schedules are met</li>

<p></p><p><b><span>In-process inspection:</span></b></p>
<p></p><p><span>Ensures only approved and QC accepted raw materials are used in the manufacturing process and keeps the traceability for the same</span></p>
<p></p><p><b></b><span>Ensures that the production process is controlled as stipulated in the technical Know-How documents and as per the Quality Assurance Procedures laid down.</span></p>
<p></p><p><span>Checks and monitors the ambient temperature and humidity periodically during the manufacturing process.</span></p>
<p></p><p><span>Witness the production processes and ensures that the relevant approved Raw Material Calculation and Machine Set ups are followed to meet the project requirements.</span></p>
<p></p><p><span>Informs the non-conformances immediately to the responsible Machine Captains and other employees in the Production and QC departments as deemed necessary in order to take the appropriate correction / corrective action and to minimize the rejection.</span></p>

<p>JOB PURPOSE: Perform / Assist inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods to ensure compliance with FPIG’s standards and specifications. Works under the close supervision of senior QC inspectors & QC Supervisors, with limited authority.</p>
<p>KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES</p>
<p>• Policies and Procedures: Follow all operational procedures and QC work instructions.<br>• Ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements.<br>• In-Process Inspection and Product Inspection: Conduct basic in-process checks on raw materials, resin mix ratios, and production parameters.<br>• Perform online/offline inspections of products as per ITP/project requirements.<br>• Perform non-destructive and destructive testing under guidance.<br>• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare daily QC reports and maintain inspection records.<br>• Assist in preparing documentation for TPI/client inspections.<br>• Stock Checks: Participate in periodic stock counts.<br>• Assist with calibration of tools and measuring equipment.<br>• Preparation of reports, TPI inspection and release <br>• Prepare the daily QC internal reports.<br>• Carry out the final inspection.<br>• Perform additional tests as per the ITP for the witness point of Customer/Client.<br>• Mold & Socket Sleeve inspection: Carry out steel mold and socket sleeve inspection either at the factory or at the supplier’s premises as per the relevant engineering drawings to ensure that those molds are manufactured as per the given approved drawings with assistance from senior inspectors.</p>
