We are looking for a client-facing Full Stack Engineering Associate Manager to lead engineering workstreams for an enterprise platform covering integration, workflow, microservices, web, mobile, and cloud technologies.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br><br>Lead development workstreams across frontend, backend, APIs, integration, BPM, or mobile.<br>Work with client stakeholders to clarify requirements, resolve technical issues, and communicate progress.<br>Support solution design, estimation, sprint planning, release management, and delivery tracking.<br>Review code, APIs, integration flows, application designs, and deployment configurations.<br>Ensure adherence to quality, security, performance, testing, and Dev Sec Ops standards.<br>Mentor developers and support incident resolution and root-cause analysis.<br>Drive AI-assisted engineering across requirements, development, testing, code review, documentation, and Dev Sec Ops, with appropriate quality, security, and governance controls.<br><br><br>Required Skills<br><br><br>6–7+ years in software engineering with team or workstream leadership experience.<br>Strong full-stack background covering frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and cloud deployment.<br>Understanding of microservices, integration patterns, BPM, CI/CD, containers, and automated testing.<br>Experience with Azure, OCI, AWS, or equivalent platforms.<br>Strong communication, troubleshooting, and client-facing skills.<br>Practical understanding of AI-enabled software engineering tools and their application across the full software development lifecycle. <br><br><br>Preferred<br><br><br>Experience with Mule Soft, Camunda, Next.js, React, Azure, and OCI.<br>Arabic language skills and Middle East delivery experience are advantageous.
