<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles &amp; Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><ul><li>Accurately quantify and price all ELV (Extra Low Voltage) materials and labor from project drawings and specifications to ensure competitive and profitable bids.</li><li>Collaborate closely with project managers and engineers to understand project scope, technical requirements, and potential risks, proactively identifying value engineering opportunities.</li><li>Develop detailed cost breakdowns and proposals, clearly articulating the scope of work, exclusions, and assumptions for client review.</li><li>Manage and maintain a comprehensive database of suppliers, subcontractors, and historical cost data, fostering strong relationships to secure favorable pricing.</li></ul></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related technical field.</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in estimating ELV systems (e.g., CCTV, access control, fire alarm, structured cabling, AV).</li><li>Professional certifications such as CCP (Certified Cost Professional) or equivalent are highly advantageous.</li><li>Extensive knowledge of ELV system design, installation practices, and relevant international/local standards (e.g., BICSI, NFPA).</li></ul><p></p></section>
