<p><span>This role individually contributes at an expert level towards recording and maintaining books of accounts as per company policies and accounting standards towards achieving the short to medium term goals of the Business Unit.</span></p>
<p><span><span>·<span> </span></span></span><span>Handling Qatar tax compliance manages corporate filings, withholding tax statements, and portal submissions via the Dhareeba portal for the General Tax Authority (GTA).</span></p>
<p><span><span>·<span> </span></span></span><span>File monthly withholding tax (WHT) returns and payments (such as 5% on non-resident service payments).</span></p>
<p><span><span>·<span> </span></span></span><span>Manage tax registrations, contract notifications, and tax card renewals.</span></p>
<p><span><span>·<span> </span></span></span><span>Maintain compliance calendars to ensure statutory deadlines are met.</span></p>
<p><span><span>·<span> </span></span></span><span>Prepare annual corporate income tax returns as per GTA requirements.</span></p>
<p><span><span>·<span> </span></span></span><span>Timely presentation of Debit Notes / Credit Notes to Customers & Suppliers.</span></p>
<p><span><span>·<span> </span></span></span><span>Timely payments to suppliers. Customer Account reconciliations</span></p>
<p><span><span>·<span> </span></span></span><span>Periodical follow-up on all money due to company.</span></p>
<p><span><span>·<span> </span></span></span><span>Timely recording of transactions in General Ledger and various sub-ledgers and special modules like HRMS, Telephone Module etc.</span></p>
<p><span><span>·<span> </span></span></span><span>Responsible for Costing of inventory. Timely recording of employee related affairs in HRMS.</span></p>
<p><span><span>·<span> </span></span></span><span>Preparation of documents related to banks (Daily deposit Slips, LCs, Payments, cheques etc.)</span></p>
<p><span><span>·<span> </span></span></span><span>Processing of payroll in conjunction with HRMS and employee accounts in GL/ AR. </span></p>
<p><span><span>·<span> </span></span></span><span>Raising CAPEX, recording asset purchase, disposals, transfers, write-off etc. in Fixed Assets Module.</span></p>
<p><span><span>·<span> </span></span></span><span>Monthly Bank reconciliations. Assist in implementing the Credit Control policy.</span></p>
<p><span><span>·<span> </span></span></span><span>Monthly general ledger reconciliations and sub-ledger reconciliations.</span></p>

<ul><li>Develop and schedule preventive maintenance plans for all plant instrumentation, ensuring optimal equipment reliability and minimizing downtime.</li><li>Coordinate with production, engineering, and operations teams to effectively schedule maintenance without impacting plant output.</li><li>Manage instrument maintenance backlog, prioritizing tasks based on criticality, risk, and available resources.</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all maintenance activities, including costs, labor, and parts used, within the CMMS.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree in Control/Instrument Engineering</p></li><li><p>5 years of field experience in the maintenance of automation systems & planning activities.</p></li><li><p>3 years of experience in maintenance planning jobs in a similar environment of</p><p>Petrochemical, Oil & Gas industries.</p></li><li><p>Should have a detailed understanding of preventive/predictive maintenance theory.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) like SAP PM, Maximo, or similar.</p></li><li><p>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose issues and plan effective solutions</p></li><li><p>At least 2 to 3 major turnaround/shutdown experiences </p><br></li></ul>

<p><strong>Key Result Areas:</strong></p><br><ul><li><span>Execute daily operational plans under the guidance of the supervisor, ensuring facilities are opened, prepared, and operated in line with QF standards and schedules.</span> </li><li><span>Monitor venue conditions, enforce rules, conduct inspections, and promptly report hazards, maintenance needs, or incidents to ensure safe and secure environments.</span> </li><li><span>Coordinate activity schedules, venue setups, and logistics for sports programs, leagues, events, and rentals to guarantee smooth execution.</span> </li><li><span>Act as the frontline QF representative, delivering excellent customer service through direct engagement with community members, staff, and partners.</span> </li><li><span>Provide accurate and timely information to visitors, handle complaints effectively within scope, and escalate issues where required.</span> </li><li><span>Support community outreach initiatives, membership campaigns, and sports events to promote active participation and positive user experiences.</span> </li><li><span>Monitor and enforce compliance with QF HSE standards, public health regulations, and emergency procedures.</span> </li><li><span>Participate in safety drills, oversee adherence to safety protocols, and ensure accurate completion of incident and accident reports.</span> </li><li><span>Review and endorse daily CAFM requests and permit-to-work forms to maintain operational and maintenance quality.</span> </li><li><span>Coordinate and monitor duty schedules and performance of Facility Assistants and Lifeguards, ensuring accountability and adherence to QF service standards.</span> </li><li><span>Support the supervision of outsourced operational teams, providing feedback to supervisors on performance and compliance.</span> </li><li><span>Ensure all financial transactions and program registrations are processed exclusively through the EC App, in compliance with QF’s no-cash policy.</span> </li><li><span>Regularly monitor and verify transactions, ensuring proper documentation, transparency, and audit-ready trails.</span> </li><li><span>Track memberships, rentals, and revenue-related activities, contributing to annual revenue targets and accurate reporting.</span> </li><li><span>Maintain comprehensive operational records including logs, booking sheets, incident reports, checklists, and attendance data.</span> </li><li><span>Facilitate effective communication by acting as a liaison between venue operations and central teams, ensuring timely two-way updates that support planning and decision-making.</span> </li><li><span>Prepare and deliver presentations and operational updates to highlight progress, achievements, and key operational matters.</span> </li><li><span>Drive continuous improvement by contributing feedback and practical recommendations to enhance services, optimize processes, and improve the overall customer experience.</span> </li><li><span>Perform other reasonable tasks as assigned by the supervisor.</span></li></ul><p><strong>Minimum Knowledge, Skills & Experience:</strong></p><br><ul><li><span>Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Sports Management, Recreation Management, Physical Education, Facility Operations, or a related field.</span> </li><li><span>2–5 years of full-time work experience in facility operations, sports/recreation management, or community activation, preferably in large organizations or multi-venue environments.</span> </li><li><span>Proven ability to coordinate daily facility operations, including scheduling, event support, and service delivery, with strong knowledge of HSE standards, emergency procedures, and incident reporting.</span> </li><li><span>Experience in scheduling, supervising, and monitoring Facility Assistants, Lifeguards, and outsourced contractors to ensure service and safety standards.</span> </li><li><span>Familiarity with CAFM systems, operational record-keeping, and basic financial processes related to memberships, rentals, and expenditure tracking.</span> </li><li><span>Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences, resolve issues promptly, and represent the organization professionally.</span> </li><li><span>Excellent verbal and written communication, report writing, and presentation skills; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.</span> </li><li><span>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.</span></li></ul><br> </div>
