يعمل غالباً من موقع الدخان، يجب أن يضمن مهندس المشتريات تلبية متطلبات الدخان، ومن خلال مدير برنامج الدخان سيضمن إعلام الأطراف المعنية وتحديثهم بجميع أنشطة المشتريات. في نهاية المطاف، سيكون الدور الدخان، مع مراعاة القوانين واللوائح في مطار عسكري نشط.</li><li>تنفيذ حل يمكن ضبطه لمشاريع turnkey، حلول قابلة للتكرار.</li><li>تقديم وثائق شاملة شهرياً لإطلاع جميع موظفي المملكة المتحدة ومكتب فرع قطر
