Job Summary<br>The Fleet Support & IoT Engineer supports Mowasalat’s vision of delivering safe, sustainable, and technology‑driven transport solutions by designing, implementing, and maintaining advanced IoT solutions and fleet support systems. The role focuses on optimizing fleet operations, improving safety, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring seamless integration of emerging technologies with existing infrastructure. The Engineer works closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive innovation, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across fleet and training operations.<br>Key Responsibilities<br>IoT Solution Development & Implementation Design, develop, and implement IoT solutions to optimize fleet operations, improve safety, and enhance customer experience. Ensure seamless integration of IoT systems with existing infrastructure, applications, and platforms. Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems supporting the Karwa Academy learning and operational environment. Develop and customize software solutions, including application integration and digital platforms, to improve operational effectiveness.<br>Fleet Support System Maintenance & Optimization Maintain, monitor, and support fleet management and fleet support systems to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. Manage and optimize fleet management systems for real‑time vehicle tracking, maintenance scheduling, diagnostics, and reporting. Implement and oversee preventive maintenance solutions for EV and CNG vehicle systems.<br>Data Analysis & Reporting Analyze IoT and fleet management system data to identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities. Identify and monitor fleet data trends specific to the Karwa Academy fleet. Job Summary We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Engineer to administer, maintain, secure, and optimize enterprise IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, business continuity, and operational excellence. Support Problem Management and Change Management processes. ITSM Platform Administration Administer and maintain BMC Helix ITSM. Perform comprehensive system testing, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and fault resolution during project commissioning. Calibrate audio and video equipment, including speakers, microphones, DSPs, displays, projectors, cameras, and conferencing devices for optimal performance. Integrate AV control systems and fine-tune user interfaces such as touch panels and control software to deliver an intuitive user experience. Verify system functionality against project specifications, technical drawings, and client requirements before handover. Ensure compliance with AV industry standards and protocols including HDMI, HDBase T, Dante, AES67, and other relevant technologies. <br><br>Project Delivery & Documentation<br><br> Collaborate closely with AV designers, programmers, project managers, and installation teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery. Prepare and maintain accurate commissioning documentation, including system configurations, testing reports, calibration records, and as-built modifications. Support final system acceptance testing and client sign-off processes. Provide technical guidance during installation and assist in resolving integration challenges encountered on-site. <br><br>Client Support & Training<br><br> Deliver end-user training on AV system operation, functionality, and basic maintenance. Provide technical support during project handover and warranty periods when required. Communicate technical information effectively with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders throughout project execution. <br><br>Requirements<br><br> Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Audio Visual Technology, Computer Science, or a related engineering discipline. 5–8 years of experience in AV commissioning, system integration, or a similar technical role. Strong technical knowledge of professional AV systems, including audio, video, control systems, networking, and signal distribution technologies. Hands-on experience with amplifiers, DSP processors, displays, projectors, signal routing equipment, microphones, cameras, and conferencing solutions. Proficiency in using AV calibration, testing, and measurement tools. <br><br>- Experience working with platforms such as Crestron, Extron, QSC, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom is an advantage.-<br><br>Good understanding of AV industry standards and protocols, including HDMI, HDBase T, Dante, and AES67.<br><br> Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
