مشرف إنشاءات (ميكانيكا) - قطر<br><br>نحن نبحث حاليًا عن مشرف إنشاءات (ميكانيكا) ذي خبرة لمشروع كبير في قطاع النفط والغاز في قطر.<br><br>المؤهلات<br><br>درجة جامعية أو دبلوم في الهندسة الميكانيكية من جامعة معترف بها. يفضل الحصول على تدريب رسمي في ضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة (QA/QC).<br><br>متطلبات الخبرة<br><br>خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في تركيب المعدات الثابتة والدوارة داخل مرافق النفط والغاز في مراحل المعالجة الوسطى والنهائية (Midstream/Downstream). خبرة العمل كمشرف لدى مقاول (EPIC) ضرورية. تتطلب الوظيفة خبرة سابقة في قطر أو دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي الأخرى. معرفة قوية بالرموز والمعايير الدولية مثل ASME وANSI وISO وAPI وNFPA وSHELL DEP. خبرة في: تركيب المعدات الثابتة والدوارة، اختبار القبول بالمصنع (FAT)، المحاذاة والفحص، اختبارات الضغط، أنشطة ما قبل التشغيل، الإنجاز الميكانيكي وإغلاق قائمة النواقص، أنظمة الطلاء والدهان والجلفنة والتغليف والعزل والحراريات، مشاريع البناء الجديد (Greenfield) ومشاريع التوسعة والتحديث (Brownfield)، تصاريح العمل (PTW)، إجراءات عزل الطاقة (LOTO)، ربط الأنظمة في المحطات الحية، خطط الرفع ودراسات الرافعات. المسؤوليات الرئيسية<br><br>الإشراف على أنشطة تركيب وفحص المعدات الثابتة والدوارة وفقًا للمستندات الهندسية المعتمدة وجداول المشروع. مراجعة وثائق الإنشاء بما في ذلك بيانات الطرق (Method Statements)، وتحليل مخاطر الوظيفة (JHAs)، واعتمادات المواد. التعامل مع طلبات المعلومات (RFIs) وضمان امتثال أنشطة الإنشاء لخطط التفتيش والاختبار (ITPs) ومعايير الجودة المعتمدة. قيادة وتنسيق المقاولين في جميع أنشطة التركيب الميكانيكي. إدارة اختبارات القبول بالمصنع (FAT)، وفحوصات المحاذاة، واختبارات الضغط، وأنشطة ما قبل التشغيل، وإعادة التأهيل، وأنشطة الإنجاز الميكانيكي. إجراء زيارات ميدانية، ومراقبة تقدم العمل، وضمان الامتثال للمتطلبات التعاقدية ومعايير السلامة والجودة. دعم أنشطة مراجعة السلامة قبل بدء التشغيل (PSSR)، وتحضيرات بدء التشغيل، وأنشطة التنسيق مع العمليات. مراجعة والمساهمة في وثائق ما بعد التنفيذ (as-built) ومتطلبات تسليم المشروع. ضمان الامتثال الصارم للوائح الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) وإجراءات تصاريح العمل.<br><br>المهارات<br><br>مهارات قوية في القيادة والتواصل والتنسيق وحل المشكلات. القدرة على قراءة وتفسير مخططات الأنابيب والأجهزة (P&IDs)، والرسومات العامة (GA Drawings)، ومخططات المعدات، والرسومات الهيكلية، وكتيبات الشركات المصنعة. إتقان تطبيقات MS Office والبرامج الهندسية ذات الصلة.<br><br>يُرجى من المرشحين المهتمين إرسال سيرتهم الذاتية المحدثة إلى:<br><br>norniqmah.abkarim@airswift.com
Overview<br><br>The BMS Operator is responsible for monitoring, operating, and maintaining building automation systems, ensuring optimal performance of HVAC, fire, and other integrated systems. The role involves troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and supporting energy efficiency initiatives while adhering to safety standards.<br><br>Your role<br><br>Monitor and oversee repair and maintenance activities of all BMS-controlled systems carried out by service providers across the site. Perform routine inspections to ensure proper functioning of control systems, and carry out troubleshooting and minor repairs as per the Daily/Weekly Maintenance Plan. Operate and monitor HVAC, fire alarm, and other critical systems through the BMS to ensure efficient and safe performance. Adjust system parameters and variables as required to maintain operations within defined limits and optimal conditions. Record and analyze operational data of HVAC and other BMS-controlled systems to support energy efficiency improvements and performance tracking. Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Immediately report any accidents, injuries, unsafe conditions, or practices to the concerned authority. Participate in safety meetings and toolbox talks to enhance awareness and adherence to safety protocols. Maintain proper documentation and provide regular written reports on maintenance, repairs, and system performance to management. Troubleshoot and resolve unexpected technical issues or operational challenges in a timely manner. Support site management in selecting and procuring materials required for maintenance and repair activities, ensuring they meet specifications and are fit for purpose. Ensure proper handling, storage, and maintenance of materials and equipment. Provide recommendations for system upgrades, technology improvements, and modifications to enhance operational efficiency and cost savings. Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Lead Expert – Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting to lead and manage the technical and operational activities of the Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting team. The role involves team leadership, technical support, customer escalation management, project/tender support, and ensuring compliance with manufacturer standards and industry requirements.<br>Key Responsibilities:Lead, supervise, and mentor the Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting team. Provide technical guidance and resolve complex customer and site-related issues. Monitor team performance, SLAs, KPIs, workflows, and service quality. Support Sales and Tender teams with technical requirements, quotations, and resource estimates. Ensure Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting systems are maintained according to manufacturer O&M standards and industry requirements. Analyse recurring technical issues and implement preventive measures to improve system reliability. Manage customer escalations and maintain strong customer relationships. Coordinate with internal teams to improve productivity, service quality, and profitability. Conduct team reviews, training, performance monitoring, and technical development. Prepare technical reports and provide regular management updates. QCDD Grade A or Grade B certficate is preferred.<br>Qualifications & Experience:<br>Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical.10–15 years of relevant experience in Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting and Fire Protection systems, preferably within Qatar/GCC. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory/leadership role, managing Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting teams. Strong hands-on experience in installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting and technical support. Good knowledge of Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, Fire Suppression, Fire Pumps, Sprinkler, Hydrant and related systems. Experience in QCDD approvals, inspections and compliance requirements is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of NFPA standards and applicable Qatar Civil Defence requirements. Qatar Civil Defence's current technical requirements specifically reference NFPA standards. Experience in technical estimation, tendering, quotations and resource planning. Strong customer handling, technical escalation and team-management skills.<br>Required / Preferred Certifications QCDD-approved/registered Engineer. QCDD Grade A or Grade B experience/certification preferred. UPDA/MMUP registration – preferred for an engineering-level candidate. NFPA certifications/training – preferably NFPA 13, NFPA 72 and relevant Fire Protection standards. NFPA CFPS (Certified Fire Protection Specialist) – an added advantage. Manufacturer-specific certifications for systems such as Notifier, Honeywell, Siemens, Edwards, Hochiki, Johnson Controls/Tyco, etc. – an advantage.<br>Preferably candidates available in Qatar and available to join at the earlist.
