Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Java Developer to design, develop, and maintain backend services for the Bank's e-Channels and Digital Banking applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java technologies, Spring Framework, REST/SOAP web services, and enterprise application development. Overview<br><br>The BMS Operator is responsible for monitoring, operating, and maintaining building automation systems, ensuring optimal performance of HVAC, fire, and other integrated systems. The role involves troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and supporting energy efficiency initiatives while adhering to safety standards.<br><br>Your role<br><br>Monitor and oversee repair and maintenance activities of all BMS-controlled systems carried out by service providers across the site. Perform routine inspections to ensure proper functioning of control systems, and carry out troubleshooting and minor repairs as per the Daily/Weekly Maintenance Plan. Operate and monitor HVAC, fire alarm, and other critical systems through the BMS to ensure efficient and safe performance. Adjust system parameters and variables as required to maintain operations within defined limits and optimal conditions. Record and analyze operational data of HVAC and other BMS-controlled systems to support energy efficiency improvements and performance tracking. Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Immediately report any accidents, injuries, unsafe conditions, or practices to the concerned authority. Participate in safety meetings and toolbox talks to enhance awareness and adherence to safety protocols.
