<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles &amp; Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><ul><li><p><strong><u>Operations Management</u></strong></p><ul><li><p>Supervise and coordinate industrial cleaning projects including tank cleaning, sludge removal, heat exchanger cleaning, pipeline flushing, and confined space entry operations.</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with HSE standards, ISO, and local regulatory requirements.</p></li><li><p>Monitor daily operations, allocate manpower, and manage equipment utilization (Hydro Jetting, Super Sucker, vacuum trucks, etc.).</p></li></ul></li><li><p><strong><u>Technical Expertise</u></strong></p><ul><li><p>Provide technical guidance on cleaning methodologies for storage tanks, separators, reactors, boilers, and heat exchangers.</p></li><li><p>Evaluate sludge characterization and recommend safe disposal/recycling methods.</p></li><li><p>Support troubleshooting of cleaning challenges in oil &amp; gas and petrochemical facilities.</p></li></ul></li><li><p><strong><u>Client &amp; Stakeholder Management</u></strong></p><ul><li><p>Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth project execution.</p></li><li><p>Prepare technical proposals, work scopes, and cost estimates for tenders and ongoing projects.</p></li><li><p>Maintain strong client relationships to secure repeat business.</p></li></ul></li><li><p><strong><u>Team Leadership</u></strong></p><ul><li><p>Train and mentor supervisors, technicians, and operators in safe and efficient cleaning practices.</p></li><li><p>Conduct toolbox talks, safety drills, and performance evaluations.</p></li><li><p>Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.</p></li></ul></li><li><p><strong><u>Reporting &amp; Documentation</u></strong></p><ul><li><p>Prepare daily progress reports, incident reports, and project closure documentation.</p></li><li><p>Track KPIs such as turnaround time, resource efficiency, and safety compliance.</p></li><li><p>Support management in CAPEX/OPEX planning and budgeting.</p></li></ul></li></ul><br></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related discipline.</p></li><li><p>Minimum 6–8 years of experience in industrial cleaning/waste management, with at least 2-3 years in supervisory or assistant managerial role.</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of:</p><ul><li><p>Tank cleaning, sludge removal, heat exchanger cleaning, pipeline descaling</p></li><li><p>Hydro Jetting, Super Sucker, vacuum trucks, chemical cleaning methods</p></li><li><p>Oil &amp; Gas and Petrochemical plant operations in GCC</p></li></ul></li><li><p>Familiarity with HSE regulations, confined space entry, and hazardous waste handling.</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of rotating equipment, pumps, compressors, and waste management systems.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills.</p></li></ul><br><p><strong><u>Preferred Certifications</u></strong></p><ul><li><p>NEBOSH / IOSH (Health &amp; Safety)</p></li><li><p>Confined Space Entry &amp; Rescue</p></li><li><p>ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 awareness</p></li></ul><p><strong><u>Competencies</u></strong></p><ul><li><p>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</p></li><li><p>Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines</p></li><li><p>Risk awareness and proactive safety mindset</p></li><li><p>Team leadership and cross-functional collaboration</p></li><li><p>Client-focused with commercial acumen</p></li></ul><p></p></section>
