Must be able to read and draw isometric drawings.</p><p>Must be able to lead a group of Junior Technicians and or Helpers Must have a fairly good knowledge &amp; understanding of insulation cladding fabrication.</p><p>Must be able to understand job tasks and take verbal or written instruction.</p><p>Must be able to organize the materials, services and equipment for his job. Must have experience in and be able to plan well in advance.</p><p>Plan the sequence of jobs (preparation, lifting, installation, welding, etc) according to the job requirement and available facilities.</p><p>Prepare stores requisition, obtains approval and arrange for collection.
