Brainstorm ideas and subsequently create material for studies, such as ads and product packages.</p><br><p>2. Organize studies including recruitment of participants.</p><br><p>3. <p>We are seeking a motivated Graduate Research Associate to support research on AI- and computer vision-based thermographic inspection of photovoltaic (PV) panels.</p><br><p>The role involves developing deep learning algorithms, building thermal image mosaics, collecting and analyzing thermal datasets, and contributing to</p><br><p>research on PV health monitoring.</p><br><p>Applicants should have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related eld, with strong programming skills in Python and/or C/C++.</p><br><p>Familiarity with PyTorch, computer vision, and Linux is required. The Research Officer/Specialist leads research on media industry topics, trends and dynamics. He/she performs competitive landscape analysis, summarizes findings for internal and external stakeholders, while managing and maintaining research data and reports, and liaising with external research partners and providers as needed. Provides research support to other departments if required. This role emphasizes accountability, transparency, and contributing to the achievement of long-term strategic goals within the Research Section functional scope.<br>KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Research Management Identify and research relevant media industry topics, including regional and global trends, sector growth, innovations, and regulatory developments. Manage benchmarking analysis of regional and global competitors to ensure MCQ’s offerings and business propositions remain competitive and attractive. Summarize research findings in reports for internal and external use and support the marketing team in communicating findings to external stakeholders and the general public through various channels. Organize, and maintain collected data to ensure it is easily accessible and reliable for future research and analysis. Develop and maintain a database of prospective tenants, collaborating with the Business Development team. Liaise with external partners, such as universities and research centers, for collaboration on research activities, and work with external providers of research services, including surveys and data analysis. Utilize advanced data analytics and visualization tools to derive actionable insights from research data. Develop predictive models to forecast industry trends and inform strategic decision-making. Research Coordination and Collaboration Coordinate cross-functional research efforts to ensure alignment with MCQ's strategic priorities and departmental goals. Foster relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate collaborative research efforts and knowledge sharing across MCQ. Knowledge Sharing Create and manage knowledge-sharing platforms and systems to disseminate research insights and findings across the organization. Develop training and development programs to enhance research capabilities within the team and across the organization. Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner. Continuous Improvement Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems and processes, considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction. Reporting Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate statements and reports to meet department requirements, policies and quality standards.<br>Qualification, Experience & Skills:Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Statistics, or a similar discipline from a reputable university. This role focuses on conducting applied research in machine learning, federated learning, and explainable AI (XAI) with real-world applications in healthcare, energy, and smart infrastructure. You will develop privacy-preserving machine learning systems, create interpretable AI solutions, and deploy models on edge and cloud platforms.
