In this role, you will play a key part in planning, coordinating, and executing complex technical projects involving Unmanned Autonomous Vehicles (UxV) including aerial, ground, and surface platforms—counter-drone solutions, and command and control software. You will work closely with the Project Manager, internal multidisciplinary teams, and external end-users to deliver reliable, mission-ready defense solutions from concept development to field deployment. Key Responsibilities Support project planning, scheduling, milestones, and technical delivery. Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and external stakeholders. Contribute to system design, architecture, integration, testing, and validation. Support field trials, demonstrations, deployment, and operational activities. Ensure the implementation of all Hospital Facility projects. This includes supervision, monitoring, organizing and implementation of project activities. Responsible for the Hospital Engineering Equipment maintenance and inventory.Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>(Including but not limited to): Monitoring project activities related to engineering scope of work.</li><li>Review projects by determining project specifications, design, customer requirements, and performance standards.</li><li>Monitor on-going activities, review the project schedule, and Analyze thermal images and prepare professional inspection reports with findings and recommendations. Operate, calibrate, and maintain thermographic cameras and related inspection tools. Coordinate with project teams, clients, and site engineers to ensure timely project execution. Ensure compliance with project specifications, HSE requirements, and industry standards. Maintain inspection records, technical documentation, and project reports.Desired Candidate ProfileKnowledge of infrared thermography for civil and building inspections. The successful candidate will oversee EPC engineering design and execution, ensure engineering deliverables meet project milestones, budget, quality, and safety requirements, and provide leadership across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases. Project: Major Offshore Redevelopment Project Location: Middle East / Offshore Qatar Position Summary The Senior Project Engineer is responsible for the planning, preparation, coordination, and execution of offshore installation engineering activities for the Bul Hanine Redevelopment Project and other Middle East offshore projects. The role provides technical leadership and operational oversight to ensure offshore construction and installation activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements, company standards, and client expectations. Key Responsibilities Offshore Installation Engineering & Project Execution Lead the preparation, planning, and management of offshore installation activities throughout all project phases. Develop and implement offshore installation methodologies, procedures, work packs, and execution plans. Implement monitoring systems and tools to track project progress against the project plan, schedule, and budget. This includes collecting data, analysing project performance, identifying deviations or risks, and recommending corrective actions to keep the project on track. Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies by monitoring and assessing risk impacts on project objectives and work with stakeholders to implement risk response measures. Assess and manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and budget. This involves evaluating change requests, analysing their impact, and making recommendations for approval or alternative solutions. Implement quality control processes to ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. Identify lessons learned from projects and recommending improvements for future projects. Manage and control of IM/PS modules in SAP S4 Hana through all project phases and from creating the Investment Program until financial close out. Policies, Systems, Processes and Procedures Identify the opportunities for the continuous improvement of Projects systems, policies, processes, and practices. Develop and enhance any procedures and guidelines related to Project Controls whenever is requested Quality, Health, Security, Safety and Environment Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and relevant quality, health, safety, security and environmental procedures and controls across the Department to guarantee employee safety and delivery of high-quality products/services. Reporting Ensure that all relevant reports are prepared timely and accurately, and meet the Department’s requirements, policies, and standards. Provide regular project status updates to project managers, projects engineer, stakeholders, and senior management through reports, dashboards, and presentation. Support internal and external audits by representing projects and providing necessary documentation evidence. Qatarization Contribute to the development of Qatari employees. This accountability is applicable to expatriate employees only. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCEEducation Required : Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Civil Engineering. Experience Required : 5-7 years of experience as projects controls engineer in the Petrochemical or Oil & Gas Industry. Employee should have brown field construction experience. Preferred : 7-10 years of experience as projects controls engineer in the petrochemicals industry.
